What a poor excuse for a company. I have used U.K. and US Amazon for many many years before moving to oz. What an utter shambles and disgrace the oz version is. Make it nigh impossible to speak to someone, when I do, I get a message in Japanese (sorry I don’t speak the language), eventually speaking to someone I think was in the Philippines who could not assist and so passed me to someone in oz, ridiculous. Poor customer service. Why can I easily order items in the U.K. from US and European Amazon but here I’m told not possible but then find U.K. and US Amazon items listed by Amazon oz at silly prices. I think it’s a stitch-up. Cancelling prime, had enough.
