I am a paid premium subscriber, and the plan states ad-free steaming. They have started to show ads when trying to watch an episode. I have made a tech ticket, and got the response: "Thank you for your concerns about our new feature - pre-roll ads". After explaining how nice this new "feature" is, they continue to say "but don't worry, they are not ads or commercials".They have clearly stated it was an ad, and are trying to cover it up by saying it is not an ad. I pay 22.99 for "ad-free" streaming, not ad-free with pre-roll ads as a perk.I have documented all emails, screenshots, etc, to back up this information.
