I'm so disappointed with this store

I'm so disappointed with this store. I had place the same other over and over. Everytime I received my order the shoes seeing like they had been used and never fail the shoe boxes are all broken always. When I go to the store to return, they always give me a hard time before they accept my return because they don't believe me that I had receive them like that. When I tried to place the same order they never want to honor the same discount I got before base on whatever information the previous agent write on for their convenience to finished the order. I always end up upset with a headache. 😡 I'm done with this store. DSW needs to do better, improve.

Costco specials heads up

Switched over to AT&T Fiber Optic internet through Costco in December 2024, the reps near the entrance. It is a good deal I should add; my review is solely based on the fact that we were promised 250$ Visa card and 100$ Costco gift card as part of the offer in getting Fiber Optic internet and we never received anything. We were never given any instructions or told we had to “claim” reward online. Nothing was mailed to us either. In fact we had called in January and we were told that the cards were mailed but we wouldn’t get them until late February. March approached and we never received the cards. After doing some online research I found that you have to claim the rewards on AT&T’s rewards website. So I did that right away and unfortunately the reward was expired but I was given the option to still claim it as I was still in “grace period”. So I did. I uploaded the required documents to show I had discontinued service from Xfinity. It’s now May 2025. I had called AT&T to ask about what was going on and why haven’t I received my rewards cards yet. They had told me that the rewards had expired and it was too late for me to claim them even though online it did let me claim the rewards. I decided to let it go but write a review. When workers offer these rewards they should let customers know they need to claim the rewards Asap. Otherwise they expire. Overall, I feel scammed. You shouldn’t have to claim a reward, AT&T should do better and automatically sent out the rewards when service is established.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIRD PARTY SELLERS

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IF IT IS FROM A THIRD PARTY. This company is trash when dealing with third party sellers. I ordered a laptop for school on August 24. I start going to school on September 4. Furthermore, I expected to have my laptop long before school starts. GUESS I WAS WRONG. They tell me on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1 THAT THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED WHILE I ORDERED IT ON AUGUST 24, WHICH WAS 8 DAYS BEFORE. When I ordered the laptop on Thursday, August 24, it said it would arrive on Tuesday, the week after I ordered it. On that Tuesday, I received NOTHING. I checked the DHL track & trace. It said the laptop was handed over, but the track and trace did not update since August 26. So I was getting suspicious. I decided to contact bol.com that Tuesday. So I started a live chat, instead of calling because it would be easier for them to get the order. But honestly, the bol.com customer support is PURE TRASH. They obviously don't care about the customer, and you can obviously see how they are trying to push you away. They only follow a procedure and a script that they got beforehand, probably. Anyway, she told me that she has a lot of experience with this and that it happens all the time. She tells me to wait more. So I trusted her, and she gave me hope it would arrive. So I waited more. I genuinely hoped the laptop would arrive anyway because school starts next week. She tells me to contact bol.com again on Friday if nothing arrives. I said alright and closed the chat. Skipping forward to Friday, September 1. Still nothing. Track & Trace is still stuck. Nothing updated since August 26. I decided to contact Bol.com again. And this time they tell me immediately that the order was supposed to be cancelled. She said it can only be cancelled on Monday and that I would get my refund then. That means I'm getting my refund AT LEAST AFTER MONDAY. I told her that school starts Monday and that I really needed a laptop, is there no other solution? She tells me no, that they can't do anything. A real customer service would just send me a damn laptop and be done with it. But she obviously didn't give a crap that I have school the next Monday. Then I told her that the laptop I wanted has gotten more expensive. Can I at least get the price difference as well, so I can still get the laptop for the same price, since everything was out of my control. She again said no, she can't do that. She did not even ask anyone or find out she can do anything. NO, THEY JUST TELL YOU NO ABOUT EVERYTHING, SO THEY PUSH YOU AWAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. READER: I GENUINELY HOPE FOR YOU THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOTHING BUT SOME INEXPERIENCED (YOUNG) PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MAKE SOME SIDE MONEY. IT'S ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, AND THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN WHATEVER SITUATION YOU ARE WITHOUT GIVING A CRAP. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY COULD HAVE TOLD ME WAY EARLIER ABOUT THE ORDER BEING CANCELLED. INSTEAD, THEY MAKE ME WAIT EVEN MORE. COMMUNICATION SUCKS, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, STAY AWAY. ESPECIALLY IF THE SELLER IS A THIRD PARTY.Edit: So they told me they could only cancel my order on Monday. So, skipping forward to Monday, nothing happened. Still, says that the order is not cancelled. At the end of the day, I had enough of it and contacted them again. The woman on the customer support needed some time to research everything, at the end she said that I was right and cancelled my order. Thankfully, the money came in very soon, so I could order a new laptop. But that still proves my point about the bad customer service, they said on Friday Monday it would be cancelled, but they did absolutely nothing until I approached them once again. If I did not do that, I wouldn't have seen a single cent back.

So disappointed, I took a very long nanodegree program, and the final project I had questions and for more than 19 days nobody every responded to my questions. There are no mentors that you can reach out and ask a question. Don't take those nanodegree programs.

First time buyer - Won't be the last!

Plenty of pics of items from all angles, much like being able to handle the goods in a shop. Good tech specs nicely set out and even possible alternatives shown. Making payments is easy enough. There is the online lottery with natural materials that the product received isn't exactly like the pics - but the 30 day return policy gives you enough confidence to go ahead.
