What has happened to the BBC News channel? It has so little news on it these days, being padded out with prerecorded and repeated programmes on subjects that belong elsewhere. To put a radio chat programme on instead of the latest news is an insult to our intelligence. Who is supposed to be monitoring this channel and checking it actually supplies the British public with news? This is not a one-off experience, it is daily.

I’ve come to this company, which was truly the worst decision I’ve ever made. I will find a way to get out of this horrible contract because I have been lied to for the last 4 months and no one seems to care. There is always a reason they can’t do anything to help me and I’m truly upset. I was told by a representative that when I can to AT&T from T-Mobile that they would buy me out of my contract with T-Mobile and now I have a balance in collections for $255 dollars that I just found out about today. Not to mention, I was told that my bill would be $89 a month and the lowest bill I’ve seen has be $125…. And every rep that I have spoken with has been unable to assist me. This is ridiculous across the board and I truly truly truly DESPISE AT&T. This isn’t fair at all and I want out of this contract.

Signed up for a free trial for creative cloud as my daughter had a school project to finish. Didn't cancel immediately and now find I have been billed for two packages, creative cloud and an additional adobe 10 apps package, which I don't even recall signing up for.Rang today to request a cancellation only to find that the monthly agreement is actually a one year contract which has a 50% opt out charge. I accept this is my fault for the product I signed up and used, however I am appalled that they wouldn't refund me for the 'add on' product that I didn't even realise had been added on, and which we havent even used.I cant quite believe that such a well known company has to resort to such shady 'small print' techniques. I wish I'd seen the reviews on here before we went ahead.I now have to pay nearly £200 for a product I don't want or need.

Shit company who tries to scam you! Customer service is terrible, the product is fine but not worth the price, to expensive. But Adobe tries to SCAM you! I have paid for my subscriptions month after month, then i get an error messages that i must update my payment/card. When contacting the support they tell me that i haven't paid for one month, when i aske "what month" they first tell me it's for "last month"which was april, i show them the account statement from my bank for that month. Then they tell me "no it's for march", then i again show them the account statment showing i have paid for march, then they again tell me that "no it's for february". So i show them the payments all the way back to december. I took A LONG TIME for the customer service to even read the account statement and repeating "you have not paid, show the statement" and so on. It was like a scratched record. Really wasting my time and energy. Besides that, the price is TOO HIGH for what you get when there are alternatives that are cheaper or free. And the cancelling fee is a total scam. What a joke! I have like Adobe for many reasons, but now i have ended my subscription and will probably never come back.

They are useless, they can't investigate anything even if you provide enough evidence.Three months ago I presented evidence and now after three mounths they ask me again to present the same evidence. If the Government changed the management of the ICO because all the people gave it a star, surely many of us would be happy. So don't be under the illusion that they are investigating, because they probably don't have enough knowledge of how they should be investigating. I would give zero stars, but I know it's not possible.😏😡

In the past couple of years Musescore has evolved to become a typical commercial application. As a result the base cost has increased from $29.99 per year to $49.99. For me, an infrequent user, the higher price exceeds its value. I would encourage the return of a basic price without the extras - score download only. Finally, customer service is rough. Hard to navigate website for payment status.

I'm so tired of my clicks being denied by googleleadservices. They keep telling me to check my internet connections. This is BS!! There is NOTHING wrong with my internet connections. They're just pissed that I use a VPN and can't see or track where I'm shopping. It's minimum 99% connection refusal to shopping sites when they pull this bologna. There are NO issue with my wifi or internet connections. Stop the BS Google!!! This is an EVERYDAY issue. I'm having to use different search engines ie: Duck Duck Go. There's no where to indicate it's a daily on going issue.

They defend the dishonest merchants by demanding proof of cancellation where there is none to supply. You're better off with a CC company that will look after your best interest. I've cancelled all my cards with Amex after having them for nearly 30 years.

We arrived in Belfast today still waiting for access details to rental apartment at 85 Tates Avenue BT9 7BS managed to phone a mobile 07772 528355 Andy who said he’d phone back. No phone back then suspiciously phone just rang out!! Then had an email saying money refunded😱 imagine our horror to have nowhere to stay. I will be making official enquiries about this company and the property. Looking at previous reviews this is quite a common occurance and should be stopped forthwith DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY and owner should be sued for breach of contract!!!

I put items in my cart that totaled about 80Yuan. That should be roughly $20 Australian. When I went to check out it said $AU177. I did not proceed with the transaction. That includes a Y40 reduction as I'm a first time customer. So I should only have had to pay $AU10. I would love to shop direct from China, but only from sellers I can trust.
