Don’t bother asking for help, they are more then happy to repeat themselves over and over again, when you try and tell them, that you have done what they have asked over 7 times and still have the same issue for over 2 weeks. All the EA support team are useless and can not help at all, no point in contacting them at all. The tech team are the same as well, they can’t handle anything to do with technical issues. Don’t waste your time or money on these people!They don’t deserve 1 star, should be 0 stars

I wouldn't trust the Met Office to tell me the weather by looking out the window, much less predict it in advance. I don't pretend to understand the complexities of weather forecasting but how with so much investment and tech can they get it so wrong all the time? Weather warnings are issued then pushed back and back on the hourly forecast before being quietly removed entirely. Forecasts are changed on the fly to make them seem more accurate. Yesterday night, the Met Office predicted an 80% chance of rain at 10am and a 90% chance of rain at 11am. This morning brings blazing sunshine with a forcast that now claims a 10% chance of rain. It's less than 12 hours - how have they gone from a 90% chance of rain to just 10%. I wiah I could get away with being so incompetent at my job!

Samsung Smart tv is difficult to use. It’s taken me about a year. I would get a regular tv if I had a choice. Picture and color are very good. Closed captions don’t work on every channel. I’m used to it so I won’t switch but it’s tough to use.

Never in my life have I had to deal with such a horrible, condescending individual as Sam, who deals with order support UK. A truly awful approach from the first words he spoke when he interrupted me before I’d even got my first sentence out of my mouth. If he is your first port of call, then you need to re evaluate that. People are fed up.Lies from the whole lot of you from phone calls to chats. You took my money quick enough. I made it clear on every occasion how important it was to have this Laptop on time. I even sacrificed items in my bundle to get the laptop on the agreed date ( whilst still paying the same price) only to be told by Sam that the laptop would be a week later than I was told on the HP chat. I then cancelled my order due to his repulsive attitude & bought a laptop from elsewhere ( without any incident) only for the order to then turned up on the day that he said he couldn’t deliver it!!!! His solution to customers whom are at the end of their tether is to hang up. Not once did he say “ Let me try and help you” I will never buy from HP again and your UK customer service needs to be cleared out and replaced. Disgraceful. I now have to wait for up to 7 days for a refund.

I am longtime 32 year long customer. For MANY months, I have experienced tremendous difficulty with American Express. Cannot log in . Online account status unavailable. Cannot access previous months billing. Many more problems. When finally reaching agent, always from foreign country. Haven't talked to anyone without an accent in ..... actually years.

I purchased an exterior cabinet recently. I requested to reschedule my delivery to a location near to me and the customer service agent confirmed it wasn’t a problem and gave me another date for delivery. Meantime I got a call/message to say it was ready for pick up on the original scheduled date. I called IKEA again and after 40 mins got through to another agent who informed me that the information provided by the first agent was incorrect. As a result my order was cancelled immediately and a refund scheduled with 14 days. That meant I would have to reorder the unit and pay for it again, and schedule another day for delivery. It reflects inadequate customer service training, inefficient service and I asked for my complaint to be registers with a manager. I have t got any contact from IKEA or response. Terrible service and care to customers.
