I’m really upset about a used Yamaha MG10XU mixer (Order #GCW7484286403) I bought for $130 on February 16, 2025. When I tested it on April 13, it made a loud pop and started smoking—super dangerous and could’ve caused a fire in my home. I reached out, but you refused to refund or replace it, citing your 45-day return policy.Selling a used product that’s a safety hazard is unacceptable. I trusted Guitar Center to sell safe gear, but now I’m out $130 and stuck with a broken mixer for my karaoke setup. Your refusal to take responsibility shows you don’t care about customer safety. Because of this, I’ll never shop at Guitar Center again.I’m sharing my story, with photos and videos of the smoking mixer, on Google, X, Yelp, and other platforms to warn others about the risks of buying used gear from you. I’ve attached pics and my receipt for your records. I’m also filing a complaint with Massachusetts Consumer Affairs to hold you accountable.

Too much micromanagement. Very unfriendly work environment. Facility managers too bossy - for seven months there I was like in hell. Managers gossip employees with other employees in their absence. I worked there (full time, blue badge) under a racist manager - Complained to human resources but they took sides with him. Less than a month after my complaint, my manager retaliated, putting me on shifts other than our initial agreement, and subsequently forcing me into a pivot plan even though I was more than qualified for the job. I complained again to the area manager but was ignored. In my experience, AWS has a 'big' but very dirty name when it comes to taking care of employees. Poor work-life balance. Most managers are less qualified than members of their teams, prompting deliberate suppression of team members by managers for the fear of being replaced. Ratings for AWS on most rating platforms can attest to their terrible attributes. YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK THERE! AVOID!

I stopped using their services in 2021 - I didn't renew anything, had every payment up to date and deleted my account. Now they have sold my information to a debt collector and are trying to claim I owe money - but there's no listing as to what for. There's nothing owed, they have provided no service, there's no website and there's no account with them.

I ordered this product as I wanted to gift this to my wife yesterday. I paid extra for faster delivery so that I can get it on Sunday. Now, these guys just showing "Delay in Delivery". I called in customer service and he said that the order was not delivered due to no response. Can anyone imagine a person paying extra for his product delivery would not respond to any call? Even these guys didn't send any message that the product is out for delivery. This is now getting a habit of these guys. After that, I got a response from the CSR that please call us after the product gets delivered and will refund your money that was charged for faster delivery. I paid that money for faster delivery and its all about delivery, not the money. these guys just screwed up my day. I am not gonna believe these guys anytime in future and would not recommend to anyone.

I worked for the BBC as a Senior Broadcast Journalist for 10 years. No one should trust them. There is an institutional bias in their reporting that I witnessed first hand and has now worsened. Staff are drawn from a very narrow range of backgrounds, politically, and are not even conscious of their bias as the newsroom is an echo chamber. Deceit through omission of context is their stock in trade, and has been spectacularly displayed during the Covid scare, in which they have been chief among those deliberately presenting only one side of a very nuanced scientific and social debate. Appalling bias for a commercial news organisation- criminally unforgivable in a publicly funded one.

They ask me to send back two item worth 45 euros and ask me to pay for return shipping first ( claiming they will refund me later ). I did so and then they close my order and appeal. When i contacted the customer service they ask me to open the appeal but there was no option to do that. And we have been going in circles and they are trying to drag this out.I contacted their chat service 10 times but it is useless l, they always say i will escalate your case to higher up. Then higher up will email me asking me to raise my appeal but the appeal button is not available anymore since they close my order illegally. I am so frustrated because they hold an amount of close to 70 euros ( including shipping )! This is ridiculous.I suspect they make the refund as painful as possible so in the end you give up. Additional: aliexpress! Please stop asking me to raise a request or dispute through my order! Because you have close my order, there is no button or function to do that! Stop repeating the same instructions 10 times when i also replied 10 times i cannot.
