I've been a webdesigner since 1998 and I have used many webhosting providers. Dreamhost is the one I now use for all my webhosting. Support are very helpful. The control panel is well implemented. You can install WordPress simply. Email hosting works well. Changes happen quickly and you even get a little graph to show progress. They had speed issues before 2023 but that is resolved now and all my websites a very fast. Dreamhost is a superb webhost.

I had 2 reviews on two different business' about my negative experiences with them (outback steakhouse and Statesville christen school). The reviews were about problems with orders that I tried to pickup (outback steakhouse) and drop off (Statesville Christian school) but yelp kept removing them. Outback manager got in contact with me to find out what went wrong. I guess someone didn't like the review and came crying to yelp to remove them. Its a shame that it happened, but after I have read the reviews here. I'm not surprised anymore.

We tried to get a phone for our daughter. The delivery driver was in the area but never stopped here. I saw him deliver other packages. Ours for some reason had restrictions on them. So it was never received. And after one attempt to drop it off, they decide to return the package to the sender. Have fun taking it to Texas. So now we have to call and get a refund. Thanks for the hassle and making our daughter upset. We will shop at the store.

After 10 days of waiting for a reply about a billing issue, we gave up. If this is the start, no way we, nor our students can count on them for help. Setting up our account we kept running into walls. We got recommended by another course owner which gave us a valid coupon code for new customers. We created and verified the account but after doing all that, it said the coupon was invalid. We found another promotion for their Accelorator Challenge on their own website. We clicked on the link, generated a new profile and no luck. One point is that we ideally did not pay full price while setting up our first course but the main issue is that no one seems to answer messages. I just found the reviews on Trustpilot to confirm, even paying, it seems customer service is the worse. It would be naive to think we would never need it. Out of experience, even the best platforms sometimes have issues and loosing out on income till an issue is resolved is very, very frustrating. Imagine them not answering those issues or spending hours of your time getting them resolved.

Terrible customer service policies. They are unable and/or unwilling to troubleshoot or work with you. I made a mistake with my subscription and their response consisted of an eloquently written "too bad" and gave me links to support articles to read.

I've been using the same password for years then someone tried to get into my account so I changed my password now outlook blocked me from getting into my account. I done everything they told me to do to get back into my email by answering their questions and they still have me blocked.So what's the point in answering questions that doesn't work. I still can't get into my outlook email account so that being said outlook email can kiss my you know what.

Hotels.com are fine until you need their support, for example when you book a hotel in Hanoi to get there and find it's a scam and doesn't exist! Weeks after just a load of repetitive excuses and no refund USE BOOKING.COM far better experience.

Today a Dasher just left my food at a different building and took a picture of my food in the wrong building. This person named Zena, was confused on how to get to my address. They texted me and I kindly responded with directions. Instead asking more questions, this person just left my food someplace. I'm STILL hungry. The bigger problem is that these receipts sometimes have personal info on them and identify theft is REAL. It's scary that someone is out there delivering our food, can't read, or is too embarrassed to ask for more help. Any ole person could grab my stuff. Smh.I called DD and reported this. However, because I requested assistance through the app, the representative on the phone couldn't offer any extra compensation. This clearly wasn't my fault. This is maddening. It really is. That person should be fired. And I'm still hungry...hangry. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Rude and cut customers off mid conversation. I paid £101.97 for 3 dresses one was faulty and I didn’t like the quality of the other 2. Returned them to the store yesterday. Zara deducted £5 from my refund to my bank for no reason whatsoever. This has got to be illegal! Customer service said I had a full refund so sent them a copy of the bank transaction. Then got cut off!! I’m absolutely done with Zara and will never spend another penny with them! I’m disgusted

Worst support ever for their platform. They only have email support and send you links to tutorials. They have solved 0 of my problems and I ended up having to hire external consultants at $150 per hour. If they had chat support it would make them a much better platform. They have the best design for websites but with such bad support and a learning curve only buy webflow if you have a dedicated dev to fix issues.

Customer service never help me at all! I called so many times because a transaction was done by error twice and I didn’t know… I called them immediately when that happened and they assured me that the transactions were canceled! But that wasn’t true because 4 months passed and never fixed anything! I sent them all information they asked me and nothing they did! American Express credit card not worth it to have it !
