Useless BBC Again

Yet more messing about to sign into I player my phone despite having paid for a TV license. If the BBC can't do better than waste people's time in accessing services we are forced to pay for then it its time to abolish the license fee, the fines they hide behind for non-payment and stop paying their overpaid useless managers.

Stay AWAY from Venmo! They are crooks!

A friend sent me $180 a week ago. It shows up on my Venmo debit card balance but will NOT allow me to use debit card nor transfer MY money! I have emailed, called and chatted with them DAILY and they keep showing cases as CLOSED although they have offered NO solutions nor responses back. WORST customer service EVER! THEY ARE CROOKS

FT customer service is amazing. Their emails are so professional and I can tell their staff are really well trained. The paper seems to provide a lot of value, and the company seems to be really generous with everything they do/provide (e.g. the supplements).

Used to love the economist - my wife bought me a year subscription. The customer service is probably the worst that i have ever experienced. It was so hard to try and continue the subscription that i had to phone them (and pay for the privilege of speaking to someone) to sort out. Then it transpires that i have had two subscriptions all along randomly renewing. Complete pain and waste of 2hrs typing on bloody chat box!!! What a load of S**T!!

Case ID: #23054145About five days ago, I received WBTC from an Ethereum unstaking contract and sent it to my Coinbase account to avoid further gas fees. The tokens eventually showed up in my account, but I still can’t withdraw or use them.Support keeps telling me it’s a “top priority,” but without offering any resolution or clear timeline. These delays aren’t just technical — they impact users financially, especially given the volatility of crypto assets.I never wanted to hold WBTC long term — I just needed a reliable way to convert or withdraw. I’d even be willing to accept the value in fiat or assist in fixing the backend issue myself if needed.Please treat your customers’ funds with the urgency they deserve.

Problems with support, racism and sexism

Thave a problem when tiktok chooses to try to bury videos that talk about anti black racism, which happens regularly with a ton of black creators that I follow and now myself. When I bring awareness to someone's story, all of a sudden it's against guidelines because I reposted it? With no foul language or inappropriate content, yet I have to see racist content all the time. We report it all the time, but TikTok chooses to keep it up. Then there's the fact that customer support has never been helpful with account and security issues with the app. I love TikTok for the people I follow, but TikTok shows regularly that they are okay with bullying, racism, sexism and silencing voices that matter.
