we booked our flight 4 months in advance. they canceled our flight to our destination who had to change several appointments, big hassle. they canceled our returning flight of 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. through a text in about 4:30 in the morning. our rental car was due at 7:00 a.m. we got the pleasure of sitting in the airport for 9 1/2 hours. they redid our connecting flight with a layover in Salt lake for 4 hours. my wife and daughter will probably have to call in for work since we don't get to our destination until midnight when we should have been there at 2:00 in the afternoon. we will never fly Delta airlines again.

Simple error codes coming up when I try to play Call of Duty but following the troubleshooting Steps either leads me back to the same place or talking to a chatbot with the intelligence of a shoe. And no humans are available. I pay a lot of money every year to actually play games I don't understand how you don't have a human there to help after hours like we have jobs too. And I kept getting server being down error codes and checked multiple times on multiple devices and that was false and then it would go back to the first troubleshooting step that did not work. And repeat. One of the richest men in the world owns this company and you can't hire a couple people to help out at night what a joke. I am extremely unhappy with this as my question was five words long and I got nowhere even close to an answer that had anything to do with my problem. How is this even possible

they keep making changes so that you are forced to pay if you really want to make progress. It used to be that you could progress if you used the free version. Now, however it is pointless. People game the system. So much for promoting learning!Maintenance breaks cause you to lose your ability to learn and even move ahead. Terrible customer service, twice tried to buy off their own website first time I was advised item out of stock but only when I got to end of process and had put in cc details. Second time double checked item in stock got to end of process waited a few days heard nothing contacted them told it would be chased up again nothing left it for a bit and chased them again 3weeks after order placed again some bland assurances therefore canceled order and bought an Asus instead.

I'm actually quite a big fan of the product; however, my customer experience has been atrocious:1. Predatory Contracts: Contract terms are pretty straightforward, but I want to warn potential customers not to sign long-term deals with them. They jumped my monthly fee 4x. Granted, I should have been more vigilant with my autorenewal policy, but they renewed my policy, while increasing my fees by hundreds of dollars.2. Slow Response: Their team is relatively inexperienced so I don't want to blame them for slow response times....but it's pretty frustrating to not be able to get in touch with anyone for weeks at a time.
