I have had a multitude of issues with OT since I created an account including:- Restaurants 'canceling' my reservation upon arrival instead of checking me properly to earn points- OT not recognizing my ACTUAL geographic location as an area (and forcing me to associate to one of two areas that are each a three hour drive from my home)- OT continuing to lose restaurants in my area (they're moving to Resy) which makes it harder and harder to actually earn points- Points expiring and being deducted from account with no communication, no warning / notice- Their chat bot being unable to handle a basic request to be connected to an agent directly (you have to navigate through the menu claiming that you are missing reward points and such before they will put an actual person on with you)- Excessively high minimum points values required for redemption while maintaining very low rewards amounts for completing a reservation- Very vague and difficult processes to follow if you want to redeem points for a "dining reward" versus just a gift cardThis program might be useful in very metropolitan areas where there are a LOT of restaurants that participate in the program, and if you eat out A LOT. With the current costs of going out to dinner combined with so few restaurants in my area continuing to participate, this program is a complete waste of time. Even though I travel for work and eat out while I am on the road, I -still- find little to no value from this reservation system.The truly irritating part is that certain restaurants take reservations SOLELY through this platform which will likely become a reason to stop eating there once my account is deleted.This program is a waste of time and effort for just about everyone.

The most ludicrous way of exploiting and/or explaining legislation. Is this real?! Is this a scam?! Who knows! Whoever is responsible for this ridiculous, time-wasting and irresponsible strategy should be immediately removed from the public payroll, and whoever put them in charge should perhaps consider reading the letters, website content and resources they pump out. There are thousands of businesses in the UK that would be happy to pay the fees imposed by parliament. What they don't want to do is read through hundreds of pages of vague, threatening and clumsy content - every tactic used here is exactly the kind of approach used by professional scammers and every normal person sees the same symptoms of these tactics (generic domain names, threatening letters, terrible reviews online, no digital footprint other than their own site, poor language use.... the list goes on). I mean seriously, who thought that using a .org.uk domain name was a good idea?!?! What happened to gov.uk!?

We had a party at the Corner-house Chester for my sons 30th birthday , Sophie was amazing and very patient with all my enquiries . The room was perfect would suit up to 70 people , the food was so nice . I would highly recommend this venue .

Not diverse - if you’re not black, gay or an older white man, then you aren’t represented on BBC shows. Where are the young white and East Asian men and women? I say this as a mixed race young woman.4. BBC’s obsession with a virus and fuelling paranoia and fear has resulted in millions of people suffering with severe depression and anxiety. Some people have taken their own lives due to the hysteria and hyperbole they hear and read. We aren’t dropping dead. People who were dying of other illnesses happened to catch Covid19 in hospital before they died.

Purchased HP Pro8034c March of 23 - March of 24 stopped working, they wanted me to pay an addional 180.00 for a driver to get it to work. Used our own IT people to fix it. It worked for maybe a Month, However, Now IT WILL NOT EVEN TURN ON - Can't even talk to customer service with out PAYING THEM FIRST!!!!

The only way to contact customer service is email and that isn't reliable. My account has been closed due to violation of Terms of Use with no further explanation along with the funds in my account hasn't been returned to me and that is theft! So many issues with the company Binance!
