My account was locked in 2021 & I tried to get it unlocked. Same information to verify account was requested numerous times to no avail. The only way to contact customer service is email and that isn't reliable. My account has been closed due to violation of Terms of Use with no further explanation along with the funds in my account hasn't been returned to me and that is theft! So many issues with the company Binance!
