I booked a condo in Agoda. I only booked one two-bedroom unit but they charged me twice for it. I only know it when the housekeeper of the unit informed me that I have two units. How am I going to use two units when we are only 5 guests and a two bedroom unit is enough for us? I called Agoda and a representative told me they can't refund nor do anything about it. My bank doesn't have an option to talk to live representative to report the charge as fraud. This is really a mess. I am very disappointed I got ripped off. I would never recommend agoda.com to anyone at all. Stay away from it! Never again!

Its nothing but a bunch of DBags closing questions they deem too noobish and blasting those that are not 20year IT vets. I cant wait for them to get competition so stack overflow will be nothing left except the toxic trash that runs the place.

Believe it, I registered when Coinbase first began. Lost access to my account after my phone was stolen. It didn't matter, there was very little in the account. I still receives T4s yearly statements from Coinbase. I tried a few times to access my account but got frustrated each time. One has to login and authenticate to access support. However, I can login but can't access anything/support because I've lost my Google Authentication along with my cellphone.This has been going on for Years and, There's no one at Coinbase support capable of figuring out, that customers who have lost their Authentications', are being locked out of their accounts. It's a very smart way of taking from others, don't you think? what if I had a few Bitcoins at Coinbase? Locked out.

They are there to fill their own pockets without giving a hoot of how disturbing they are. I say they should respect their customers time and look for business in another direction.
