I booked a condo in Agoda. I only booked one two-bedroom unit but they charged me twice for it. I only know it when the housekeeper of the unit informed me that I have two units. How am I going to use two units when we are only 5 guests and a two bedroom unit is enough for us? I called Agoda and a representative told me they can't refund nor do anything about it. My bank doesn't have an option to talk to live representative to report the charge as fraud. This is really a mess. I am very disappointed I got ripped off. I would never recommend agoda.com to anyone at all. Stay away from it! Never again!
