Having had the free service for some time upgraded to paid as was using more in lockdown and wanted extra features. Was amazed after 3 days of use to suffer constant freezes of the app, particularly on my Samsung Smart TV (app last updated Dec 2018!). So, reasonably I thought, request refund as didn't work - received this fob off back from support "We can't refund the payment because of our terms and conditions.The subscription has been used since payment was taken which also means I can't refund the payment. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.Should you wish, you may submit a claim for a mediation process by contacting the european platform for Online Dispute Resolution - link to external EU mediation service"So another words, because you used your subscription for 3 days out of 30 to find out it didn't work properly, we'll take your money and pass you on to some EU ombudsman...SHAME ON YOU DEEZER -BLATANT PROFITEERING.

The great point about Brevo, is the optimum ratio between power and simplicity. From now on, every implementation has run smoothly, there is no fancy details, everything seems straightforward. Tutorials are really very clear, and the customer support is very reactive. Until now, I have not been able to detect any disfunction, and... the price is extremely correct for the functions. After we have reviewed competitors, we are so happy that we chose Brevo for our CRM !

So basically, I ordered a trumpet about 3 months ago and we ordered it such a long time ago that we can’t even track the parcel anymore. Apparently it is in customs; it hasn’t changed since, when we last contacted the company, they said to wait a few days and we did but nothing has changed. I needed it for school and have now had to quit music because of the fact that I don’t have an instrument to play with. So yeah, I am sick of this. Some people may say that it is just customs or it’s UPS but they should still try to contact them as well, all they did was tell us to wait. I’ve waited for 3 months, I am not waiting any longer. They can either give us our money back or give the trumpet.

I told the supervisor that i was disabled and they didn't believe me when i told the hiring manager this when i first had my interview. Don't go or work there if your mentally challenged. They are very discriminitive against disabled people like I myself

Beware if you need to store a lot of data. Technically, dropbox is crap. Security flows aside, it does a terrible job managing space. If you need to reorganize 20mb's of your files on drobpox then your dropbox-connected computer will need to have 1gb of free space for that simple operation. I had a big account, 1 Terabyte, and guess what happened when I reorganized it? I run out of space on my local space. I reorganized files on Dropbox in directories NOT connected to my computer - but it didn't matter. I had a 1/2 Terabyte hard drive and I had to remove 'everything' from it in a continuing quest to try to have Dropbox finalize the few moves of files I made. I've been at it for 2 days, removing all my files, and all my applications. When I had my PC bare almost as if it was just reinstalled then... guess what? I still didn't have enough hard drive space to have Dropbox sync all my updates (directory and file moves, no new files)!OK, I thought, I'll quit dropbox now, that I know how crappy it is, and I'll be ok. But noooo, I cannot download it in that state - in the middle of syncing - I get errors.I either accept that I lost 1 Terabyte worth of data, or Dropbox will just keep charging me indefinitely for 'their bugs', month after month. Dropbox just really dropped the box on this one. Support? Nobody has been bothering to reply and assist me, they are just waiting for their next ransom money.

They suggest you to try all sorts of different ways and meanwhile they are eating up your account through the highest fees in the industry. They will purposely revoke your 2fa credentials. Its literally the worst experience I have ever had with any trading platform in my life! and ive seen some doozies in my day. Their business strategy is to get your to deposit and to forcefully make you keep your funds on their platform through any means neccesary, even locking your account up!
