MailerLite have made a complete cock up over the migration from Classic to the New MailerLite. I have had so much stress over the migration that I decided to stick with Classic and upgrade to a paid account. They took my money and thanked me but my account was never acknowledged to be a paid one. So I got none of the benefits or help despite giving them my money. I eventually contacted them ( once I worked out how to do this - and believe me it isn't easy) after about 3 days they replied that I didn't have a paid for account. This is with them having already taken my money. So now with deadline of Feb 1st having passed they have closed my account! The one I paid for! I am furious. I thankfully downloaded my subscriber list in advance. MailerLite are coming across as arrogant and indifferent and I am finding another email provider.
