After ordering $88 worth of food, more than half the order was missing. The total value of the food I received was $23. Customer service initially refused refund, after 4 more attempts over the course of 2 days I finally managed to get $26 back, meaning that effectively Doordash stole ~$40 from me. Attempted multiple times for reconciliation with no further remediation. Terminated account and I have issues a credit card fraud chargeback with my bank.
