I tried to withdraw the ETH on my account. This process should only take 1 to 30 mins. The transaction is still on hold after 18 hours. The support team could not provide me with any answers. They all use a script to deal with client objections. The only thing I kept hearing from them is that someone from the Specialist Team will email me with an update. I never received any emails from that team. When I asked to speak to a Manager they said that was not possible and would be a total waste of my time.A total of 10 tickets were created by the Support team but I still got no response. My level of frustration with this company and its staff is through the roof and it has created immense stress for me.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be warned before you send your hard earned money to these people. They do not care about their customers at all.

Hello,i am very frustrated and disappointed in IKEA products. I started my walk in closet project in November, and i can not finish it until now BECAUSE the item that i need and i am waiting for is not available for 2.5 months!!! My I called the customer support 2 times, and even if i am happy with customer support, i am still upset as customer support can not help me as the item is not available. what kind of services is this. I would understand to wait for couple weeks, but to wait for an item for 2.5 months, it sounds ridiculous to me. My clothes all over the place as i can not sort it because i am waiting for this one item. Item number 802.074.93

Such a useless delivery service. My first time using fedex . Bad communication, bad updates, Struggling with alopecia, ordered a wig as I was a bridesmaid for my best friends wedding couple of weeks ago, wig arrived in fedex vehicle , wig didn’t move for three days. Went to work with a scarf cause I struggle with hair growth, missed going to the wedding feeling confident, had to wear a scarf too I still don’t know where my package is. You call fedex, and a cheap AI software picks the call. It’s maddening

This company aid and abet others to take your money fraudulently, they offer no help yet take commision from sellers they don't vet or if they do they ignore their findings. The company Empire Online Store which advertise on Shopify is just a scam, they don't reply to emails, complain to Shopify you get an Ai program telling you to email the seller who doesn't reply maybe doesn't exist for all I know. I asked them to freeze the Empire Online account to save others been ripped off, they cannot interfere they replied. So after receiving knowledge of a fraud happening on their site they were not interested in stopping it, commision first and only concern I believe. Also why do Google have companies like these in your app store? Commision perhaps, deleting Shopify app right now

Sold a ps5 controller and charger for $28 and I got the payment 2 WEEKS LATER and only received $10 like what the fawk mecari I'll NEVER use shicari agian it was a new new controller too and the charger is a fast charger that's 4 feet long those aren't cheap but was willing to sell at $28 they are always getting more out of a sell than you that's for sure

Overall good performance for the price, but frequent outages - and support is insanely difficult to deal with, that is if you actually get to even talk to a person. We're paying for the middle tier, that is supposed to give better support, yet here we are, our website is down, and there is nobody responding. Unacceptable.
