I tried to withdraw the ETH on my account. This process should only take 1 to 30 mins. The transaction is still on hold after 18 hours. The support team could not provide me with any answers. They all use a script to deal with client objections. The only thing I kept hearing from them is that someone from the Specialist Team will email me with an update. I never received any emails from that team. When I asked to speak to a Manager they said that was not possible and would be a total waste of my time.A total of 10 tickets were created by the Support team but I still got no response. My level of frustration with this company and its staff is through the roof and it has created immense stress for me.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be warned before you send your hard earned money to these people. They do not care about their customers at all.
