Macy's suckOrdered furniture in February came in May..I understand that!Wrong color came. I called customer service right away and they identified it was the wrong colorScheduled a rep to come out yesterday..they rescheduled BUT I HAD already took off workNow nothing can happen until the 7thIT WILL BE ON THE CURBSIDE AS OF TOMORROW I KNOW THEY CAN GET HERE SOONERNO ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER NO WONDER YALL CLOSING STORES

Review of logitech

Slow response times and bad shipping.

I had ordered a a g602 in Jan of 2020. In march, just two months later, my left primary had started double clicking randomly and my middle mouse click just completely stopped working. I had successfully completed an RMA. However, due to the G602 being out of stock, they sent me a g604. That was awesome, a free upgrade, but again just a few months later. Left button is rapid clicking at random. Up to an average of 20 clicks per one click of my finger. Logitech has been slow in their responses for this RMA but after a replacement was sent out, it was lost in the mail. After contacting them once again, they have said they are moving on to the next step of support and have not responded in over a week. I am using an old g300s as a temp mouse. Gaming with the g604 is such a chore with how unreliable it is in games now. Horrible experience.

Amazon censures ratings and reviews

I bought a laptop in Amazon but I received a different product as it didn't have operating system installed while title and description of the product said it had Windows 11.I opened a complaint with customer support and the only option they gave me was the return of the product. After waiting for 15 days I received the refund but was not the whole price I paid for. They charged me 5,50eur for delivery and also 35eur were missing which no one could say the reason. Customer support told me they did the full refund and my bank told me they only received that amount.Then I wrote a review of this product in Amazon explaining all these problems and it wasn't published because of some no-sense restrictions of topics like vendor/prices/stock/packaging/delivery.Amazon service is getting worse and worse and you can't complain anywhere.Ratings and reviews of products can't be trusted because they can censure anything they don't like it without any reason.

Their was no Attempt to deliver. I was outside the property awaiting Delivery & no vehicle made any attempt to drive by or near delivery Address. This is typical for Spain. If delivery is close to 17.00hrsIt will not arrive as delivery drivers No care.

False claim by company

I sent in a used book to sell for cash... I was quickly notified that my book was rejected due to water damage; however, there is not a single drop of water damage on the book I sent in. I do not know if this was a mistake by the company or this site is just a scam... very unhappy to of wasted my time
