Hello,i am very frustrated and disappointed in IKEA products. I started my walk in closet project in November, and i can not finish it until now BECAUSE the item that i need and i am waiting for is not available for 2.5 months!!! My I called the customer support 2 times, and even if i am happy with customer support, i am still upset as customer support can not help me as the item is not available. what kind of services is this. I would understand to wait for couple weeks, but to wait for an item for 2.5 months, it sounds ridiculous to me. My clothes all over the place as i can not sort it because i am waiting for this one item. Item number 802.074.93
