I’ve been a C1 costumer for many years. But will be closing my accounts and leaving. Today was the last straw of the rudeness, not -knowing, wrong information giving representatives. Nobody is on the same page, every rep gives you the wrong info , nobody notates the account, your constantly verify , verify , verify but it can take up to 60 days for a government state issued “SOCIAL SECURITY “ check to clear????? That’s absurd! They clear checks when they want to, The alleged supervisor Jennifer frm C1 told me that there waiting on social security to verify the check first, and there’s nothing that they can do about it. I asked if I can take my check back and they said no? Why? Cause it’s already pending .. so what it’s MY CHECK and my money . So when this is squared away I am definitely closing my accounts and going to my other bank NFCU .
