I ordered Clinique products from Ulta online. Because there was a free gift with a purchase price threshold, I ordered additional products to qualify for the free gift. It did not arrive with the purchased products. When I called to complain, The representative refused to make it right. (Their customer service is obviously foreign based as I could barely understand her.). Never using Ulta again.
