G2 has undoubtedly become a trusted ally in my software selection process. It has saved me time, minimized risks, and helped me discover excellent solutions I might have overlooked otherwise. I recommend G2 to anyone looking for honest, user-driven software reviews and valuable insights.

I am outraged by this company. I keep getting charged $9 plus a month for services that I don't use. I believe that years ago, I signed up for what I thought was a free service, perhaps I inadvertently committed to some future commitment in so doing. But I am also sure that when they were billing me before, I had the billing cancelled and got reimbursed and explained that I am not and have no intention to use their paid service. Now I find that I am being billed again. I would not even be upset by that, if it was a billing mistake. But when I try to contact customer service, I just get some complex runaround and I very highly suspect that that complex runaround is an intentional effort to stop people like me from handling such billings. I don't even know how long they've been billing me again. since last I had to deal with them. I see others have had a similar problem and eventually get reimbursed for 1 year, even though unwillingly being billed for a longer period. Well, I want to be reimbursed for everything they have billed me for. as a matter of principle, because I have not authorized any of these payments. By the way, almost all the reviews I have written over the past years for different companies have been 5 Star. It's not easy to get me upset with a company to the point where I write a bad review.

As a paying Prime customer, I was blocked from watching subscribed content (Friends) due to Amazon forcing a Prime Video app update with no warning.No advance notice, no workaround — just a flat refusal of service I was paying for.After contacting support, all they could offer was an escalation and vague promises of a later email — no immediate resolution.This is not how a trusted service provider should behave. Strongly reconsidering my Prime membership after this experience.

Had such a bad experience. Purchased white shoes which caused me extreme pain after 3 times wearing them. Sent them back. Adidas rejected the return as they were scuffed. It has now been over 2 weeks. They have the shoes and my money and are not helping.

Bought McAfee last month from PC World didn't put in on the laptop as I had bought new one and this had months free trial when this expired decided to put McAfee on (never had a problem with this before) unable to load so rang the helpline shown on the site. Spoke to an Asian chap who was granted access to my computer , after much chit chat he told me there was a payment of £299 (I could pay this by instalment, well thankyou) told him I considered this a scam/ con what have you told him to relinquish control of the new laptop ended the call , set up a different provider , checked all and all appears ok. The number I called was on McAfee's activation site so what are they playing at, oh yeah and I am out of pocket for the cost of purchasing McAfee last month , thank you very much . Be careful people

They were great for years when all went well, but this year, the first time I had a problem with a house, they took the info, promised a call-back and I never heard from them again by phone or after follow up emails with the complaint #. Their web site is horrible (it's impossible to find either a house you rented or how much you paid for it, even under "account" or "my trips". I had to call to get this basic info.) And they approved the posting of a house that was incomplete (no photos of kitchen or moldy bathrooms) and inaccurate (a non-existent hot tub was listed).

We bought a microwave convection oven because we wanted a double oven. It has a vent fan because our burners on our stove are under it. Within 30 days of purchase the fan if you use it for more than 30 minutes causes the entire microwave convection oven to short out. Weeks later they finally came with the part to replace the shorted out section. Within 90 days it did it again. So another month or more without our microwave and no way to vent exhaust out of the house. On the second time it broke, we were told that if it did it again we would get it replaced with a new one by LG. After it was fixed a second time, we would only use it for short little jobs because we realized how finicky it was. When called upon by our church to cook a pot of beans we tried leaving the fan on longer than 30 minutes. And for a third time it shorted itself out yet again. We called LG and requested the replacement unit we were promised and the only thing that they were willing to do was send someone out to evaluate it. They sent someone out and he requested a replacement unit and the company is now denying that he said that. Disgraceful! So now they want to send an LG tech out yet again because they didn’t like what the tech had to say. After I repeatedly told them that I was promised a new unit, it’s like those words fell on deaf ears because they never addressed it. Worst possible company on the planet. They want to keep fixing something that obviously has a design flaw so that we can get past the one year mark and they can stop fixing it for free. They do not care that their stuff is crap. They do not care that you are inconvenienced. They do not have the integrity to right their wrongs.. first and last experience with LG, stay way way far from this company because they add a new demension to the word awful.
