Been a loyal customer for more than a decade. They just locked my account for no reason. They will not give me an explanation. They have only AI Bots when you have an issue, no real person to talk to. Even the "Managers" email is auto generated. Beware! They have hundreds of my money and promised they would resolve it by yesterday and they did not. I still have NO Answers! Unacceptable! Do NOT Support this APP.
