Review of g2
We invested in G2 enterprise where they claimed a bunch of things, and how traffic from G2 as well as leads would increase significantly. None of that has happened, especially after investing a huge 9k USD. What was worse- no customer support, no account manager to take care of the account, having to invest additional time and resources in making them understand what our solution is because they will decide which category you belong. The list of frustrations go on. Strongly recommend against any business using them to avoid regretting later.

Review of eventbrite
Eventbrite has HORRIFIC customer service on a subpar platform. There has been a "bug" on my event series from trying to upload a single video - a VERY simple functionality that every other event hosting site offers. It has been 7 WEEKS and Eventbrite "support" (available ONLY via chat and email, no phone number) has been useless. Every person I speak to simply tells me that "engineering is working on it" and "they'll submit an escalation". Even when being escalated to a supposed supervisor - Beatriz, my emails are going completely unanswered! How can a company still be in business when it takes 7 weeks to get a fix on such a small issue. I am losing valuable marketing time due to their lack of action and responsibility. Incompetent. Unacceptable. Terrible Company. Terrible Product.

They randomly signed me up for an annual plan for 56 dollars when I called to cancel my monthly subscription. When I called to cancel it they did but I am still waiting to get my money back even though I call very often. This is very unfair. I prefer you not to sign up for a subscription.
Review of aliexpress
I spent £160.00 on 2 carbon fibre vents, for a Porsche turbo. They arrived, and were clearly the wrong size. I sent photos and asked for a return address. They said okay and I posted back the items recorded delivery, and they received them. After chasing my refund, they then told me, the reason for returning the item was invalid and case closed. So, now they keep the items and my money. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! They will respond with loads of excuses, like, you went to Paypal, or Barclays etc, so its frozen. They then NEVER get back to you.

I have called 3 to 4 times in a day for a simple query. But the call got cut or rejected automatically after 2 or 3 minutes before I get the solution or asking for problem to solve. I am a smartphone user asus rog 5s and the problem is wifi is unable to connect any device. Wifi IP is missing in a device.
Review of vrbo
January 2025 - South London booking in Balham area Absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BOOK WITH VRBOthe room was not the one we received and then we got a last minute room change which was FLITHY. Stains on the walls with hair in the sheets which were cleared unwashed and dirty fridge. Very unkempt property which goes to show the level of attention and care VRBO have. We walked into the property for 20 mins and left straight away.On top of this we have complained and it had over a week still barely a response on processing our refund. The owner of the property has also failed to respond to our claim. Absolutely robbery !!!!

Review of facebook
Facebook sent me an email saying the email address on my account was changed from somewhere in Asia so I became concerned and used another device to log in to my facebook just in case mine was compromised and I confirmed that I was logged out of my account and my email was indeed removed based on what I saw at the time and then I recovered my account and changed the password and email and notified facebook that I did not authorise this and then they decided to lock me out of my own account saying that the email removal was authorised by me from my own account and that I have to verify using my country issued ID, fast forward a few months later I submit my ID and I regain access to my account only to find 2 accounts in my name, one with my profile pic and a blank one and everytime I try to log in to the one I recognise it takes me to the other one each time. So I've decided to deactivate my account and cut my losses. I really this doesn't happen to anyone else because I lost a lot of data during this circus act. And I realised that it was just Facebook playing with my data and now they've deleted it and will admit that. I have a lot of words I'd love to use but out of respect for this platform I will not and as for Facebook. I think its best to use dummy accounts for business sake, that don't contain your real data because they will not take good care of it at all.
