Review of seagate
I purchased an external hard drive that crashed within a few weeks. Luckily, I was able to recover my items because it was still under warranty. I mailed my drive to Seagate and two things happened. 1) They sent me a new drive and 2) They sent me a drive with my recovered items. The "new" drive never arrived and they keep telling me I received it. Second, I was charged duties on the recovery drive I received... which NEVER WORKED. So not only did I have to pay for recovering my items which are still UNDER WARRANTY, it did not even work. They had to send me 3rd drive with my recovered items. I have been trying to get Seagate to refund me the charges that should not have been incurred by me, and their customer service is absolutely horrible. They keep sending me forms to send to the mail carrier, and the mail carrier tells me they cannot do anything. I absolutely do not recommend their crap products, not their useless customer service!

I've opened cases and just no response for weeks. The account manager apparently had moved on to another team and not responding to emails...

A basic online mail.com account can do a better job at seeing that squirting penis enlargment devices are not in my trusted senders list. But not outlook. Outlook says we dont know what you are talking about. They say they do realize that you blocked this sender yourself because we didnt know how to block it for you (for various safety reasons) but we would like you to see this message anyway because there is a character actually that passes our 1998 safety checks so please find this email in your inbox. Actually all of them. Every week. We will send them over to you next week as well in case your panis or vagina changed its mind and ne day we know you will need it because we are so old that we do need it and we cant believe somebody would use this account who wasnt born in the 20th century since all our users are dinosaurs. After all we are indeed the ultimate dinosaurs of the IT game. I work as a contractor for IBM (another dying IT organization) and all you can see on their campuses is older IT people wondering around taping posters of Abba and Michael Jackson on their yellow corridor walls and "chilling" in the snooker aka recreational or stimulus area watching other useless elderly IT techs playing pool. They also have arcade games in there like ... pacman. And grand tourismo ... 2. But these arcade games now dont work. But its still there. Creepy af. Draw your own conclusions.

I have used eBay for over 10 years. But the latest listing got taken down because of a policy violation (not clear which one, I listed as I always have). I tried to fix it but the email they sent me didn't explain how to fix it and online it's not clear how to fix it. customer service doesn't exist. So sadly, after many years of using eBay I will leave and use marketplace instead. tragic how the company is unable to create a basic user experience

i placed an order for 3 items and only received 2 (mushrooms and a salad- and did not receive the $16.99 stromboli). requested a refund and doordash denied it. their employee did not pick up my full order and apparently that was my fault as i did not qualify for a refund. nor would they have the driver go back to the restaurant to pickup the rest of my order.

NO, just no. The only good thing is that it's free. A free headache is not a good dea. It's owners just made it worse. Before you can USE it, you have to log into it. But it remembers its own password! What's the use of a forced log-in? Then it opens its vault, which you don't need. All these extra steps DON'T help.
