The customer service rep at Walmart, her name was kristina on sigmon road here in Wilmington, did a lot of talking, and not much of it was true at all. I went through hell for a week returning the phone getting the invalid expired contract null and void, which you would think it already would be since it had expired two days prior to when I signed it. But she took my phone and did all sorts of accounts without my knowledge, and literally turned my life upside down for a week. Do not under any circumstances go with AT&t if you value your money, your hard work, your time etc.. it is not worth it, go with another phone carrier!Date of experience: October

CNN is ageing .Look at his news anchors. They are mostly very very old persons with snow white beard or faces full of wrinkles. I used to hear to Richard Quest, lately he is acting insane bringing his face too close to screen that we can see through his nostrils. It's disgusting. My sincere suggestion CNN bring some fresh young faces on news reporting. They might have more patience and kind of neutral reporting. CNN needs badly to get away with old old news anchors.

Review of Agoda – Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceUsed Agoda to book hotels on Madeira Island and had no issues. But a recent trip to Mexico, we ran into booking issues.Pros:The hotel itself was nice, with well-equipped rooms.The full kitchen included a coffee maker, blender, dishware, and cutlery, making it convenient for longer stays.Hotel offered us complementary breakfast coupons for the room change inconvenience. but the communication between their management and reception can be better.Cons:Terrible Communication via the Agoda App: Messaging the hotel through the Agoda app was a complete disaster. Despite multiple attempts to ask about room details and tour recommendations, we received no response. Agoda should clearly inform guests that communication should be directed to the property management/reception via WhatsApp instead.Room Mix-Up & No Support from Agoda: Our experience with Agoda’s customer service was extremely disappointing. After our first night, the hotel informed us that we had to move from the top floor to a lower-category room, which was not what we had reserved or paid for. The hotel said apparetly the AGODA app made 2 sepreate reservation, forcing us to switch rooms during our stay. AGODA wasn't able to confirm this, nor offer us any solution. Ground Floor Noise Issues: The downgraded room was on the ground floor, and dogs barking outside kept us up all night. Sleep quality was terrible for the rest of our stay.Failed Resolution: We immediately contacted Agoda for assistance. The hotel admitted they were fully booked and could not offer any other rooms. Given this, we requested Agoda to either:1. Provide a full refund for the remaining nights so we could relocate, or2. Arrange an immediate relocation to a nearby hotel of similar or better quality at no extra charge.Neither request was fulfilled. Even after our trip ended two days ago, there has been no resolution.We continue to receive automated emails stating "We are currently awaiting a response from the supplier/property regarding this booking. We expect a reply soon and will update you accordingly." We were stuck in the downgraded room, had poor sleep for the rest of our stay, and received zero meaningful support from Agoda.Final Verdict: Agoda’s customer service was completely useless and disappointing. If something goes wrong with your booking, don’t expect any real help from them. Would not recommend booking through Agoda if you value good service and problem resolution. Would avoid this platform in the future.

brought galaxy A04s, on 15/10/23 activated it with fingerprint id (not easy) downloaded a dozen songs . sunday morning turned phoned on to find it locked and required a secret code to unlock (no mention of finger print id) thinking that the finger print id would be all i would use i could not remember what code i,d entered (had a few beers) anyway from sunday until thursday spent waiting for a tech call back, always promised to be about to happen never did. THE SAMSUNG SERVICE IS JUST ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. on my way into town to buy a MOTOROLA

You can get students but you have to go through a whole life test to meet their requirements. First they meet them. Then you correct two mistakes in your descriptioin and they suddenly find more violations of the rules, then the video doesn't meet this this this and ten thousand more requirements. And they're commission fees are unfairly high. DO NOT RECOMMEND

National Trust has cancelled our June holiday to their place near Halifax. They aren't refunding, but give you the chance to defer the holiday for two years but can't say if the holiday will cost more (due to inflation). However, if you choose not to defer for two years it counts as a cancellation and you have to pay a cancellation fee. Very bad treatment National Trust!

I bought a gift card to use the service as i don't have a credit card, only to be told by Lyft after entering in all the numbers that in order to use a gift card "another payment method must be on file".... All of which require a credit card. Uber doesn't do this. Customer service pretty much told me I was beat and to kiss my money goodbye.

A for effort to the tech support agent, but no success in overcoming the app weaknesess.5. The free version is good value for the money, but paying for Bitwarden is not a good idea.
