The customer service rep at Walmart, her name was kristina on sigmon road here in Wilmington, did a lot of talking, and not much of it was true at all. I went through hell for a week returning the phone getting the invalid expired contract null and void, which you would think it already would be since it had expired two days prior to when I signed it. But she took my phone and did all sorts of accounts without my knowledge, and literally turned my life upside down for a week. Do not under any circumstances go with AT&t if you value your money, your hard work, your time etc.. it is not worth it, go with another phone carrier!Date of experience: October
