brought galaxy A04s, on 15/10/23 activated it with fingerprint id (not easy) downloaded a dozen songs . sunday morning turned phoned on to find it locked and required a secret code to unlock (no mention of finger print id) thinking that the finger print id would be all i would use i could not remember what code i,d entered (had a few beers) anyway from sunday until thursday spent waiting for a tech call back, always promised to be about to happen never did.
