Alexa.com by Amazon is a Scam

I was searching for a listing of search engines. I found that Alexa had "The top 500 sites on the web" and thought that it would be good because Alexa use to list search engines rankings before Amazon bought it. As I went through the listings on Alexa and checked each search engine, I found that at least half of the listed search engines were defunct, no longer search engines, or were companies selling products. Others were now malicious sites that have taken over many of the domain names. I had to be really careful to not infect my computer while checking the urls. The top sites are still in existence but what are their true ranks? There is no way to contact Alexa support unless you sign up for a trial membership. So, you can't even question their data. A membership starts at $149 a month. Certified Alexa Rank starts at $19.99 for 10 million pageviews per month. What are they certifying? What are people really getting for that amount? The information is old. How can site owners be given rankings if Alexa doesn't even know what it is ranking? To me, Alexa is a scam. I would advise website owners to think twice before signing up Alexa.I have images that I can't upload here. See Sitejabber.

Premier Image - Hydraulic Facial

Premier Image - Linebaugh. I had my first Hydraulic Facial with Roxy. Roxy greeted me with a cup of "Calm" tea and biscuits. Soft spa music was playing and as I lay down, she dimmed the lights. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Truly a wonderful experience and I will go back.

Initial withdrawal was a very confusing experience as the app is in my opinion very poorly designed in this regard - it's strange and surprising to me that you can't see what bank account details you have input when you set up the BMAC account in the first place and there's a surprising lack of options/buttons re. checking financial information etc. BUT the support team has been relatively prompt and helpful in helping resolve this initial withdrawal issue - i got my coffee money fairly within 3 days of contacting them - and henceforth the donations are going straight to my bank account via Stripe.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous. My Asus Vivobook 16 Pro has problems and I sent it 3 times to them for repair. It's been 7 months that I'm dealing with a product with issues which I paid €1300. They keep me in a loop that never ends and different people answer all the time so you have to explain the full story all over again. It's my 3rd Asus laptop and other people have bought their products because of my recommendation. I was always a big fan but I see that when it comes to issues, they don't care about the customer. You've lost a trusted customer.

Content AI Plan and Support

I purchased the Content AI Plan, but I did not receive any credit refill in February 2025. I contacted their support team at the beginning of February, yet the issue remains unresolved.Today is 2025-02-14, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have still not fixed the problem. My account continues to display the following message: ⛔ Content AI Credit Alert!Your monthly Content AI credits have been fully utilized. You can wait till 2025-01-31 1:00 AM for your credits to refresh or upgrade to continue enjoying seamless content creation.Given this poor support experience, I would rate their service 1 star and do not recommend others to purchase Content AI credits.

Review of pandora

I had the worst experience ever with pandora and specifically with the shining clover clip!! don't b

I had the worst experience ever with pandora. I have received for mother's day a pandora bracelet with 2 shining clover clips (40 pound each) after one week, i have noticed that one of them was gone. So I went to pandora swindon store and i was told that because i can not proof that the product was faulty there is no way to put a claim. and they suggest me to call Pandora oxford circus (london) where the present was originally bought. one month after that situation I have lost the 2nd clip. so I was really disappointed and i put a claim in pandora website. SO far i did not received any feedback from that claim. So my husband went back to pandora London, and they received the claim and supposed to forward it to the regional manager, who so far did not reply. so, is that what we call customer service? i do not recomend Pandora at all!! the worst present ever!

Review of nfl

TERRIBLE customer service

I have been trying for WEEKS now to get a refund because the NFL Premium + service did not work for the first two weeks of the season. All they do is send me the same form email (peppered with the same broken English and grammatical errors). This is a complete rip off and you would expect far better from a billion dollar company.

LG OLED TV works fine BUT

LG OLED TV works fine BUTJust will never buy another, simply because of the stupid magic pointer and scroll button on the remote that you can't disable. Had to go to amazon to buy a replacement remote just to get a one without that damn pointer or scroll.Yet something else you need to check out to avoid when buying a new product.

Not as good as they used to be

Not as good as they used to be. The "return to a store" policy is ridiculous. People order online because they can't drive an 8 hour round trip to closest store, so if you order an item with a problem it's a HUGE hassle and waste of money. Now they've increased prices and lowered the quality. Holes don't match on items, baskets with impossible hardware in order to put together, FedEx takes additional 5 days to deliver, packaging is poorly done so heavy objects crush smaller ones that are all in the same box. Shop at Walmart or Amazon, they're quicker, easier to deal with and the quality is equal.
