Bad, bad and bad. I was extremely disappointed with the app. Articles are well written but there is a very limited number available. The Sky news and Daily Mail app are completely superior in every aspect and they are both free. This is not even worth the £1 a month trail subscription cost. Very very disappointing. I also had to call a number to cancel. This was a difficult process and I found the caller a bit pushy. Overall very very poor.Thumbs down from a Times Newspaper reader.

Review of freshbooks
I'm going to be very honest here. We are a small incorporated business & have used the original Freshbooks (called "Classic") for about 7 years. We liked the original one, it worked well & fulfilled our needs as an accounting software for small businesses & self-employed individuals. It was simple, easy to use & followed basic accounting principles. Fast forward to when we had no choice but to migrate over the the "New" Freshbooks. And it has caused us so much frustration.* For one, they took the ability to input vendor credit notes away. REALLY??? What accounting software has no function to process credit notes? Yes, I am in contact with Support but going by the update, the developers do not view this function as a priority to add back into the software. I now have a stack of vendor credit notes set aside while I wait for the developers to fix this issue, credit notes that I cannot accurately input into our books. And the stack is growing. * Also, when we issue a customer a credit note, it does not show up on their Statement of Account & when it gets processed on a payment, it is not treated as a separate document (essentially a negative invoice) & so must be deducted from an invoice that the customer is paying, even if that invoice has nothing to do with the credit note they are taking. I have also spent A LOT of time on the phone sharing this frustration with Support. Falling back on the developers, this is not a priority to them nor do I get the impression that it will be added. Again, on the Classic Freshbooks, this feature was much more true to standard accounting software.* Also on the New Freshbooks, one cannot enter a negative line item on either a customer invoice or a vendor invoice. Again, this feature was available on the Classic version.* Expenses & Bills are separated. The former is basically fuel, restaurant, Home Depot & other retail receipts. The latter is vendor invoices & are generally of greater dollar amount than retail receipts, atleast for our small trade business they are. When you go into the Dashboard to get a snapshot of your expenditures, only the smaller purchases show up, not the grand total of receipts AND vendor invoices. * Unlike the Classic Freshbooks, only our accountant can add new accounts to the Chart of Accounts, so we cannot customize our expenses & revenues as we previously could.* Unlike the Classic Freshbooks, only the accountant can do journal entries. For someone like me, who has the experience & knowledge of how & when to do journal entries, this is very limiting & frustrating.* In the Classic Freshbooks, we could set up our HST info in our company profile section so it would show up & print on each & every invoice, as required by Revenue Canada since we collect HST for them. We just found out from a new customer that our invoice was missing this info. Sure enough, they were correct, it was no longer there. Nor was it on any of the other invoices we looked up for other random customers. We had to waste time trying to figure out how & where to add our HST number so it would show up on the invoices each & every time.* In the new Freshbooks, one can only reconcile bank statements if you integrate it with the bank through their portal. I have not set that up yet because I do not feel confident about this service, & rightfully so. An acquaintance of mine who also uses Freshbooks at her work told me that they have set it up for their company & that it is a nightmare to use. They are also a longtime Classic Freshbooks customer who misses the Classic Freshbooks, & are also very unhappy with the new version. So I am glad that I haven't set up the bank reconciliation feature on ours.I hate to be so brutally honest but, the migration to the New Freshbooks (now the only Freshbooks) has been a nightmare. Inspite of what support has told us, it is still being marketed on it's website as an accounting software for small business owners & yet the new version is so lacking of even the most basic of accounting features & principles that it fails it's purpose. I don't know if Freshbooks is under new ownership or what, but it most certainly seems like the developers have no care to add back even the most basic accounting capabilities that the Classic had. We are also being charged significantly more each month for the same package we've had from day 1. We now pay close to $75 Cdn each month as opposed to the $55 to $60 we were paying each month for the version that actually worked for us.I want to add, support is available & staff are kind & professional, but often they are unable to assist & must escalate it to others. That is often as far as you get because ultimately, it is something that can only be fixed by the now infamous product developers. It really is such a shame as we were really happy with the original (Classic) version.

I am yet to understand why the team at Dell shows no concern for customers and uttermost disregard… high level of irresponsibility… I ordered a laptop over 2weeks ago, between Dell and FedEx it went missing, no one called me after several complaints… I finally got a feedback narrating what occurred to me.. I said can I get an expedited delivery as it is a work item, I haven’t been able to do anything productive for two weeks and my response is they have to wait on factory for production.Do you customers look like a joke to you DELL

The website promotes criminal behaviour and child abuse! There is a website running from 2018 and when I tried to report it, it repeatedly failed! I do not quite know how where can I report it as I am not from the US and How can I report it anonymously, if anyone who from the US knows, please take action!

Review of Wikipedia
Wikipedia has played an invaluable part in doing the much needed research when purchasing a pocket watch for a collection I had spent many years obtaining.I have contributed along the way as I felt wikipedia has given me so much free knowledge that I should repay that even if only a small amount. Now I am finishing off my ships clock collection I have no doubt Wikipedia will be a research tool I use the most.
