Terrible company

Facebook is a terrible platform !! Tried to make an account yesterday and they disabled it for no reason !! I was given no e-mail explaining why they made this decision ! Avoid at all cost !! Фейсбук - ужасная платформа!! Вчера пытался создать аккаунт и они отключили его без причины!! Мне не дали никакого электронного письма, объясняющего, почему они приняли такое решение! Избегайте любой ценой!! Facebook est une plateforme terrible !! J’ai essayé de créer un compte hier et ils l’ont désactivé sans raison !! BPme App promotion not honoured

Installed BPme App and linked QANTAS FF card to the App to get 6 cents a litre off first 5 fills promotion. 1st time, promotion was honoured (Foster, Victoria). 2nd time it didn't work (Korumburra, Victoria). Although I did get QANTAS FF points for the purchase, I did not get the 6cents off a litre. I've contacted BP customer service via email. The matter hasn't been resolved. Rather than wasting my time to try and resolve the matter, I will uninstall the app and think twice before I fall for any more of their so called promotions.

In attempting to resolve a problem concerning the return of a purchase, there is no way to contact Mercari personnel directly via their web site; i.e., no e-mail communication, no chat, nothing. Calling the telephone number for help results in automatic call cancellation after several minutes on hold.

The services I bought were great, but couldn’t retrieve my purchase code

The services I bought were great. However for the life of me I could not access my code to redeem my purchase. They never showed up on my app. This caused unnecessary stress for me and the vendor. They could see I had purchased it on Groupon but could not retrieve code. They were nice and emailed you (Groupon) to retrieve the code. I still don’t know what the problem was.

Last 2 models overheat making it useless.

I understand that Gopro is on a deadline to produce one new model every september but they now consistently produce products that are only good for 10-15 minutes recording with all the new features that made you upgrade in the first place.Would you buy a car that you could only drive 10km and then had to wait for it to cool down?So you have a choice: Older gopro with shakier and inferior quality video or no risk video at all (when you want it) because gopro 10 & 11 overheats by design.

Be very careful of scammers, it's rife

I signed up to use Etsy as a seller yesterday. I have been selling online for many years so have some experience in this. Firstly the sign up process is ridiculously difficult. Eventually got to the phone verification which wouldn't work. Contacted support and the advice was to use another number? Then after finally setting up a shop I have received 2 scam messages in 24 hours trying to get credit card details from me with links. It must be rife. As a new user a terrible experience. They really should be reading these reviews

Scammers on this site hacked me

Scammers on this site hacked me. They then attempted to steal money from my mastercard. The bank told me they attempted to make 4 withdrawls in 2 minutes. I had to close my mastercard and lock my account. I had to report this to the authorities. This site is not safe never going on it again.

Review of autodesk

Good product but not worth it due to Bad Support

I teach using Inventor and Revit.Last year autodesk messed up my renewal and changed my license from a multi seat to a single licence. It took weeks to get it fixed and in the end I had to dump my software and reinstall everything on my entire classroom lab. This year On 10/11/22 I reinstated my licence. On 10/17/22 I was blocked out and was getting a pop up stating my licence was expired. After hours of dealing with Autodesk online / automated help I was able to live chat and was told there had been a problem on Autodesk's end and I would receive an Email when this was resolved. I received the email this morning (10/18/22) stating my educational access was good. When I tried to follow the instructions given for how to renew my licence (again) for the year they do not work. It is telling me I have to reinstall again. Now I am in queue for another round of live chat / nonservice.I like autodesk products, but will no longer be suggesting them to other potential users do to the problems I have encountered getting help.

You need to do something about contractors thinking that the final customer is somehow liable for the fee paid by the contractor to Thumbtack. As the customer, it's a big turnoff

3-Star for Consumer and 1-Star for…

3-Star for Consumers and 1-Star for service providers. I used Thumbtack for my photography business to help with leads. After observing some seemingly unethical practices (like fake contacts they charge you to run up their revenue, aka stealing) I started doing some research into the company. They seem to be desperate for money based upon how many rounds of investor funding have taken place. From a potential investor perspective it looks like poor management that keeps doubling-down on the same business model and operations that aren't profitable for the company instead of inovating. I write this review now since I recently moved and I am having to rebuild my clientele in a new city. I wish this platform operated ethically with a customer first approach. However, they operate from a "profit above-all-else" approach. Too bad because it has great potential. But ethics matter and so does my bottom-line. So I cannot recommend them for service providers. PPC (pay per click) with Google Ads or Meta is a lot more effective and is a much better return on investment in my experience. My advice for consumers, use Google. Search specifically for what you are looking for. The first two pages are typically going to be well-established, credible businesses with a great track-record serving customers. It takes a lot of work to get your business there on Google. I did in the city where I lived until recently. Now, I have to do it again from scratch for my local SEO. Google is focused on the customer experience first and above all else. Google, Meta, TikTok is all I will use moving forward. Unfortunately Yelp and Nextdoor are not any better than Thumbtack. Maybe even worse for service providers.

Review of odoo

Steer clear of Odoo Enterprise Edition

The name 'Odoo' is ambiguous. There is an excellent open-source project by that name and there is a Belgian company that sells services such as hosting, implementation and support related to that open-source project. My rating relates to the company and not the open-source project.The company also provides a thin layer of additional software that turns the open-source 'Community Edition' into the proprietary 'Enterprise Edition'. Such items as a mediocre accounting app and a poor mobile app. The quality of the services and the proprietary add-ons provided by the company is generally not nearly up to the same standard as the open-source project itself. When interacting with Odoo (the company) employees you will seldom come across anyone with more that one or two years relevant experience.One of the 'services' that Odoo (the company) provides is a network of 'partners'. I was lured into this network by the company's misleading advertising. They say that they 'need partners to deliver services', that they have received 30k+ leads in the UK in past twelve months, and have only 25 partners to share them with. That is extremely misleading. The truth is that when they identify a real opportunity to sell services, they sell their own services. They only pass on 'leads' when there is no viable opportunity to sell services. All leads that they distribute to partners are at least 10 days old (confirmed by Odoo themselves). If you are not an implementer of ERP systems my experience may seem irrelevant but having worked with Odoo for 12 months as a 'partner' and a customer, I can say that it is typical of the company's attitude to business and to its customers.If, like me, you like the concept of a free, open-source ERP, there is no reason why you can't use Odoo Community Edition for the cost of the hosting. There are plenty of skilled Odoo implementers in the market who will help you to get up and running quickly and easily. Just steer clear of Odoo 'Enterprise' and take reasonable precautions to avoid future upgrade headaches when having your Community Edition customized.

So dissatisfied and disappointed with their lack of communication! My flight was delayed 4 hours from Detroit to Chicago! I could have driven myself there without the headache and frustration! Delta knew that this flight was going to be delayed a day before! I could have road with my daughter she’s there already and I’m still sitting at this airport! Never again I want my damn money back!

Unethical dispute resolution team

On 12-8-2023, I contacted Chase credit card to dispute a charge from Lowes home improvement store.Chase originally removed the charge and stated that the transaction would be investigated.On 1-12-2024 Chase sent me a letter indicating that Lowes indicated that it was a valid charge and that I would need to provide documentation by 1-26-2024. I faxed documents on 1-18-2024 to Chase and then called to see if documents were received. Every one I spoke with was rude and dismissive and I was told that they couldn’t check at that time. I called back on 1-19-2024 and was told the same thing, asked to speak to the dispute resolution supervisor and she was also rude and very dismissive. I looked at the dispute status on 1-24-2024 to find out that the case had been closed and that the charge would be reapplied to my account. I called Chase again and asked why was the case closed without contacting me. The dispute team including the manager never provided me an answer,was very dismissive and stated that I would need to open another dispute. I don’t believe that Chase ever investigated the case. I had to contact Lowes again provided them with all of the information that I provided Chase and Lowes found their mistake and issued me a refund. I asked if Chase had ever contacted them about the dispute and was told that they didn’t have a record of a dispute. This my first time dealing with the dispute team and the interaction was horrible!. Chase dispute team lacks ethics ,customer service skills and empathy. They are rude and very dismissive ,I would advise you to avoid this company like the plague!.
