I Had my company i work for set up a…

I Had my company i work for set up a business internet & voice bundle at our facility. They offered a no cost installation, it sounded great so we proceeded to move forward with them.They first dug the pit, took several days & in the process, cut our existing coaxial cable for our internet. We work in government contracting so this was a HUGE inconvenience. No one tried to fix the situation except for the engineering guys who came out to our facility and brought the line into our building. The project manager kept on making empty promises to resolve the issue. It took a week for our equipment to come into our office, which at that point, since our internet had been out for over 7 business days, I argued with the district manager who was above the project manager, got nowhere, and went up to the regional manager. The Regional manager then told me I had to wait an extra week for a technician to come out to hook up the equipment. Once that technician came out, he could not complete the voice transfer from our copper lines to the fiber line. I had to be on the phone with a transfer technician while he was here to try to get the issue resolved. This wasn't resolved & had to wait another 2 weeks.During entire process we still had the pit in front of our facility.2 weeks later and we get the phone transfer setup.Onto the billing cycle. During this time we encured over 3k in bills for the entire installation process $500 per monthly charge for the service which is 4x the amount we where paying. Trying to reach out to billing who couldn't find our account. Come to find out they issued it in my name instead of the business. Was able to reach a top official and said they would ZERO out the balance for all the issues we had incured so we could get on a normal billing cycle. Another two months pass & we still have the same 3K+ charges, our account hasn't been resolved and are still dealing with this issue to this date. I would NEVER recommend ATT or use them again.

I better get my money back :')

I bought the first "SiLvEr" edition or whatever at 49.99 a year ago for my family computer which honestly feels too expensive as is, for what? To toot some horns and play some animations to say your computer is safe? Oh yippee. I can get that elsewhere for free. Most activity I saw from McAfee was when it was crying out for money and that the next payment would soon be upon me.Cool... Now why the Hell was the next payment £110? For what? Literally what in the services provided by them makes that a justifiable price? I have of course filled for a refund and MAYBE I'll get it back but judging by the other reviews I may be better off asking for help from the credit card company I am with.Stay away from this company at all costs and know that if this App was personified there would be a VERY long line of people waiting to kick its A**, me included.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I signed up to a free trial but cancelled it after 24hrs as the product didn't work. I then noticed that despite my cancellation they produced to take £21 from my account for a service I hadn't used. I then contacted them and I was told I would have to pay £120 early cancellation fee to stop the subscription as they had no record of me cancelling. They are rubbish, unhelpful - stay clear. Terrible company

Some of the “advice” seems condescending or so vague and lame it’s worthless. Also, many times articles simply state the obvious which, again, is worthless. Finally, some “advice”, especially regarding depression, is just plain detrimental. (Sort of like saying “Snap out of it, it’s not so bad.”) I sincerely wonder about the expertise, research and credibility of many authors and articles.

Appalling we have been members for over 15 yrs. We will not be renewing membership would rather join English Heritage who appear to be treating members with respect. On line booking system a joke so explain even with restrictions what actually are we paying for we can't even get to park on a NT car park!!!

Looks effective

From what I can tell, it does a good job of keeping trash and clutter off my computer although I am using a couple of others with it. It is free but they ask for donations and I have donated to them because they do a good job for me. I believe it is also effective at blocking clutter on YouTube.

The Lady on the phone said that because we only had 15,000 subscribers that no one was willing to give me any more details about the service and that they would send me an email. After being berated by this lady I asked to speak to the manager she said no laughed down the phone and hung up. I was a little surprised as I only wanted a quick overview of the platform. Hubspot, Marketo, Drip and Active Campaign have all been very professional when discussing their service, I don't know why Campaign Monitor isn't.

Late with serious consequences

I needed some to take my daughter to her bus stop and be at my apartment by 6:50 am. At 6:52, I texted her and found out that she wouldn’t be arriving until 7:02. I needed to leave at 7 and could not wait. My daughter missed school today.
