Driver decided to cancel my order simply because I’d left delivery instructions as the estimated time had changed and I’d be at work. Do you remember the good old days where they’d simply try and redeliver the following working day? Apparently thats a thing of the past just because the driver can’t be arsed.Now I have to wait up to two weeks for a refund, but managed to get the same things cheaper elsewhere, which isn’t hard given how everything is listed at marked up prices anyway. I’ve long since stopped using prime when it was apparent that their ‘free delivery with prime’ items cost a couple of £ more than the items without it, despite prime membership touting free delivery. Too big for its own good now, I’ll buy my things elsewhere.
