Service is Horrible went to the store got some Sandals and unfortunately they were out, so I was told to buy them online cause they will be able to price match me...And what a surprise Spoke to the online store manager I she said that they only match certain Things . In other words the Macy’s online And Macy’s at the store are different😳This is what I was told by the Maneger Name: Kelly #9111996Is so sad to call customer service With a problem or concern and all You hear is; sorry I can’t do anything!🤐This is bad Business

Macy's shipped me a Ralph Lauren hooded t-shirt with the impossible to remove plastic security device attached. I took it to the store and they removed it. Muriel was polite and accommodating, we had a friendly conversation about local issues. I appreciate the excellent customer service so much that I shopped there again at the back stage section saving $38.00 on Tommy Hilfiger sandals and socks. One employee isn't the whole team but can elevate the team's performance. Macy's sandiego furniture location is my favorite thanks to Muriel.

I have created a product on getyourguide, this product is already live (for months) on tripadvisor, but have been waiting for 2 months now to get it "reviewed" by getyourguide. Have emailed them requesting if i could get some sort of timeline on review process, but responses are semi automated and give no guidance or real support whatsoever. for suppliers i would definitely say tripadvisor/viator is better

I paid for a software download a month ago. They have a hold on my account, but haven't processed the order yet. There's no shipping, they just have to process it. But they won't process the order, and they won't release the hold, and there's no way to contact them for customer service. Nothing online, nothing through email, no live customer service. Among the worst customer service experiences I've had.

Me and 3 friends were signed up to amazon prime in Spain without any notification or consent, just charged money from our banks, in intervals of a few months for all four cases. All four did not get a refund from the company when writing the customer service untill we had to threaten reporting this theft to the authorities, then they refunded it. I experienced this first, then my friends one by one, so this seems to have been a strategy of amazon spain.

Terrible communication with customers. Have an issue? Submit a contact form that they will never respond to. No matter if you spend a lot of money with them or not, their response rate is dreadful. They don't offer telephone support either - I mean, HOW!?! Fix this LinkedIn - look at these reviews and MAKE A CHANGE!!!!
