Would give no stars if I could been a customer for 18 years and they have gone in sellers favour even though the proof of returned item was clear to see so much so at first they gave me £10.99 credit towards the £15 return postage cost once I had sent in proof of return receipt yet somehow changed it now and after numerous case file complaints by myself are now saying we can see you have returned the item and they have refused to accept the return but can't see proof of shipping label used to send the item back so gone in sellers favour saying there's no proof of me sending it back I have uploaded my postage receipt 3 times ?? I have finally closed my account with them and won't be returning as they are a joke of a company and pointless

I have been caught up with hacking loop that is preventing me from accessing account. This is what happened, somehow an individual has linked an Instagram to my account, they gained access to the Facebook account, got all the information they needed for whatever purpose they intend to use it for and then changed the age to under the legal requirement, which has prompted Facebook to disable it. They must have changed the email address as I did not receive an email that provided a way to appeal. Facebook Help pages require either that I log into the account, which I can't as it is disabled or log in via Instagram but the linked account is the hackers so I can't appeal through either of these means. I just want my photo's and contact lists back. The account is over 20 years old. I have lodged a complaint with the government bodies here in Australia, as Facebook failed to protect my privacy and have again failed me by providing no way to resolve this situation.

Not to be trusted…I’ve returned an item to the seller cause in my mind it was fake so obviously I expect a refund but all they keep doing is fobing me off saying you’ll have it in 5-10 working days, so that time passed and I enquired again and was told I’d have in within 48 hours well that time passed so I enquired again and guess what yep you got it 5-10 working days…BS…time to get the bank involved I think…

If 0 starts was an option I would of selected that one. Shipping times are at least a month even if it says 3-5 days, fell for this scam twice (shame on me) and there is absolutely no customer service and their products are very cheaply made and fall apart after one wash.

The invitations arrived early, which was great. And, the artwork/design was really nice. Just what I wanted. But, the printing is fainter than it looked like it would be, in the online proof. The invitation is not as easy to read as I expected. The color was a little off, too. To be clear, I did not expect the invite to have actual glitter on it (Zazzle specifies that in the item description). The artist provides only the artwork; Zazzle does the processing, printing, shipping, etc. The quality wasn't where I was expecting it to be. I would certainly still consider ordering from Zazzle in the future, though.

After years, still even the most basic things don’t work:1) Still no headings beyond H3. 2) Still no print function3) Printing either from browser or via converting to PDF is still causing layout issues with text overlaid on one another. 4) No way to increase the text size of a document. 5) No way to increase the text size on the iPad app so it’s too small for most people to use comfortably. 6) When using it in a browser on iPad the color bar disappears before I can pick a color. 7) Helpdesk is cordial, but none of the issues over the past two years have been fixed. Seriously considering something else after recommending it to so many people.
