I paid for a software download a month…

I paid for a software download a month ago. They have a hold on my account, but haven't processed the order yet. There's no shipping, they just have to process it. But they won't process the order, and they won't release the hold, and there's no way to contact them for customer service. Nothing online, nothing through email, no live customer service. Among the worst customer service experiences I've had.
