First the service was terrible and I am in a major city Columbus Ohio so I switched to Verizon and since I ported my numbers on the same day as the start of my next cycle they charged me for an entire month and refuse to fix it. It is a complete scam that cell providers can get away with this.

Takes forever to get in contact with anyone. I planned to have an item programmed and produced but once I started dealing with the designer it took literally months to ever get in contact with the actual designer after dealing with 3-4 other "middle men". File came back and I printed it out myself . It needed a minor adjustment but I could get no one to respond to my requests. Just crickets. I suggest you spend the money to take a community college 3D design class. It will take far less time to learn to do it yourself and with far less agravation than dealing with Shapeways to get their customer service act together. There is a reason almost all reviews are 1star reviews. Too bad there is not a Zero star review

I ordered mattress with them. There was a great offer and I paid. I also received a confirmation email. But after a week they said my order is cancelled. I did not get my product and my money was locked away for 2 weeks. They haven't provided any compensation. The offer also was gone by then with a difference of 5000 Rs. So dissapointing.

Purchased a Danby Mini Split from bestbuy.com. took 3 weeks to be delivered. Showed up in a semi truck due to 400lb wt. Manual said to be installed by electrician so we hired one. He hooked it up to find that it doesn't work. Circuit board is fried. Called BB customer service, the language barrier was challenging. Told me they wouldn't send a replacement because in the 3 weeks since I ordered.it on their website, they stopped making them. Come to find out it was drop shipped from a 3rd party.business in China. Now I'm out the cost of the unit $2,000, the cost of electrician, no mini split, 3 days from an ice event in Arkansas and a hole in my wall, and customer service tells me to drop this 400lb unit off at UPS. THE WHOLE THING SMELLS LIKE FRAUD, and after reading all the review, believe a class action suit is called for due to poor business practices.

The course that I took was well structured, covered the main points including technical aspects, which made my understanding deeper. Content was up-to-date. The final project was a good practical case to use the course material in practice and made me think for a couple days on possible solutions. (As expected.) Overall great experience.

They are not good with customer support. They don't have a phone number to call. They don't have a complaints department to find out who is accountable for messing up anything. My website has been down for a week and nothing has been done. I am very unhappy and this is not the first time this has happened to me with these guys.
