Purchased a Danby Mini Split from…

Purchased a Danby Mini Split from bestbuy.com. took 3 weeks to be delivered. Showed up in a semi truck due to 400lb wt. Manual said to be installed by electrician so we hired one. He hooked it up to find that it doesn't work. Circuit board is fried. Called BB customer service, the language barrier was challenging. Told me they wouldn't send a replacement because in the 3 weeks since I ordered.it on their website, they stopped making them. Come to find out it was drop shipped from a 3rd party.business in China. Now I'm out the cost of the unit $2,000, the cost of electrician, no mini split, 3 days from an ice event in Arkansas and a hole in my wall, and customer service tells me to drop this 400lb unit off at UPS. THE WHOLE THING SMELLS LIKE FRAUD, and after reading all the review, believe a class action suit is called for due to poor business practices.
