I can't get behind the negativity in the reviews on this site, for a service which is the envy of most developed countries' national broadcasters. Yes, we all pay for it, and yes, they do sometimes struggle to hit all of the demographics across their diverse range of programmes, but here I am, listening to coverage of Liverpool vs Real Madrid (because I can't afford TNT Sports on top of Sky Sports and Amazon and Netflix and Disney+ and Paramount+ and Apple TV) having spent the afternoon listening to Elis and John on BBC Sounds whilst driving around the country, after enjoying Masterchef: The Professionals very recently and ALL of the Attenborough masterpieces, and I can't believe people would complain that the balance that the news editors struggle valiantly to maintain, means the BBC is not a right- or left-wing echo chamber, which is what people appear to want from their news providers. I mean, come on! This isn't Russia Today, or the Doha National Propaganda Channel, or, the universe forbid, Fox News. What's withe all the negative waves? If you want your news partizan and your opinions ill-informed, keep following the QAnon bots on Elon Musk's vanity project.

Waste of time and money if I don manage to get my money back.Signed up and paid and despite following instructions to download on my laptop and phone didn't work. After many attempts I gave up. Can't get an answer from McAfee and they have advised I few time I haven't downloaded the protection which I can't do as it doesn't download. I will try and and get another vendor which I hope might provide the protection I need. Bit worried they might try and continue the so called protection when the subscription I have paid for something I can't access expires. Hope this stops others from being hoodwinked so to speak

Terrible , negligence, pathetic, Worst service Ordered on 15/10/2020Logistics team made a error while delivery took wrong place and said to be next day delivery. Next day delivery not attempted. Send back to main dispatch area. Spoken with customers care executive. Said to be on delivery on 31/10/2020. Not happen, again said to be resolve on 05/11/2020, yet not confirm to be delivery.

The worst ever experience with the useless employees who are sitting in that company. I received a message that my product for delivered which I haven't received. Raised an issue, there is no result yet but they mentioned the issue is resolved in their web. There is no proper way to reach them to resolve the issue. After reading the issue several times I received calls from them for a name sake as just to show that they have contacted but they haven't even heard the complete issue yet. Loss of money and time. Useless service ever that I have seen. The worst company.

This is about the company. I landed at MCI and immediately requested a standard Lyft. Rushed to get to the pickup location only to find that there was no driver. Did it again and again. Each time the cost of the ride increased. Finally after 35 min requested the expedited ride. Guess what? The car came within 5 min. This company is trolling for money. Doubt the driver even knows what is going on. Will not use Lyft again. So disgusted.

I too was fooled by this outrageous £9 fee for returns. Given that so many websites offer this free now it was my own fault for not checking the returns policy first however i was lucky enough to return the item to the store which got my refund back. I was also abit dissapointed with the £5 delivery charge which wasnt even that quick and noticed on the website they have a 'right to cancel process' so i filled this out as long as its within 14 days they refund you your delivery charge. So luckily enough i was able to get all of my money back. Its such a shame as my items were only cheap and i did want to exchange the sizes but due to the ridiculous delivery and return charges i couldnt and now i would say avoid this website unless you live by a store and can get free delivery and free returns there otherwise you wil pay around £15 an order extra. Which is a shame as the clothes are lovely.

Horrible, I got tickets for September 20th wild’s out tour and it got postponed until December 8. I’m not able to make that date because I will be out of town. And I’m being forced to have to resell instead of just getting my money back. It’s crazy to me to lose my money because something on the artist and was postponed for a date that I cannot make at all. I do not trust and feel like it’s a scam. Was told a day before that the event was being postponed until December and through Off all my plans and now my money. do not use at all, especially if they might postpone a day before or day of. Because you will NOT get your money back but you can try to resell in time but that’s still not guaranteed.

Ok, so it has worst support ever, human most likely not exist on this company. I have been trying to took my old account down for weeks since that old account (I do not have access to old email / old phone number / old phone) contain my legal name on its URL which is reasonable. I was trying most difference way possible to contact them. The email got no hope, reporting the profile and got replied with bot said it does not violating community standards. WE EVEN GOT TUTORIAL TO CONTACT HUMAN FACEBOOK ON YOUTUBE???? This is just too rediculous. There is no clear way of contacting human.
