Horrible, I got tickets for September 20th wild’s out tour and it got postponed until December 8. I’m not able to make that date because I will be out of town. And I’m being forced to have to resell instead of just getting my money back. It’s crazy to me to lose my money because something on the artist and was postponed for a date that I cannot make at all. I do not trust and feel like it’s a scam. Was told a day before that the event was being postponed until December and through Off all my plans and now my money. do not use at all, especially if they might postpone a day before or day of. Because you will NOT get your money back but you can try to resell in time but that’s still not guaranteed.
