I haven’t been able to login to LastPass for months or revert my master password to a previous password. Yesterday I reset my account, deleting all of my passwords, and giving myself a brand new master password. I tried to login to my freshly reset account and it still won’t let me login!As all my passwords have been deleted anyway I’ve decided to give up on LastPass. Periodically for a number of months I’ve tried to login to the service, with my actual master password, and been unable to do so. Whenever I tried to recover my master password I’d just receive a message saying it couldn’t be done with no explanation as to why this was the case.I finally decided to try and get some support and the user experience of doing so is awful. Continuous links to other support pages, none of which actually help, and me repeatedly entering my email address. Was also asked the date/month I created the account and how many passwords I had stored - how would I possibly know the number of passwords I have stored.I also don’t appreciate that once I received an email from a member of the support team that the first solution to try and login to my account is just using every password it could possibly be - like I wouldn’t have already tried this.Overall experience with LastPass has been terrible.
