Terrible customer service, return policy and store Atmosphere.

I wouldn’t even give the Robinson Twp store one star. I’ve been a Macy’s credit card holder for 30yrs and they continue to decline with their customer service. From not being able to find a check out staffed to unfriendliness... terrible shopping experiences there anymore. Ordered thru mail and due to Covid restrictions was not able to get to store for return within their time frame. Then one of my returns did not show on the receipt despite being purchased on the same shopping day as the other items. Their lack of understanding and exceptions thru their COVID roadblocks, terrible customer service at returns and awful negative atmosphere in the store shined bright. Manager had zero management skills and concern.
