Spam, scam site...Those people who they hire to do scam for fake ads, do ef nothing... Whare is my pay for theyr job!!! And what is funny, those ads are back, and THEY DON'T BLOCK THEM!! Weasel words to induce payments for things that are free online

Strongly not recommended to academics. This firm asks money to aggregate articles and materials that are easily found online. I believe it should not even enjoy the ".edu" suffix because that should be reserved for public educational institutions. Additionally, it uses weasel words to induce "customers" into paying low sums (as low as 1 €) to access some materials, which are freely available online. However, after some days, a yearly subscription kicks in, and I must confess the text was not clear in its statements. Had it operated in my country, that would surely trigger an investigation by the authorities... but since it is a foreign entity, I am not quite sure if such weasel way of acting is legitimate or not. Academics, please avoid this operator at all costs.

Kind calm and knowledgeable help

I have been using Quickbooks for a few years but encountered a problem I could not resolveI contacted their helpline and was calmly and helpfully lead through all the steps I needed to resolve the issue as this involved HMRC VAT MTD account I could not have tried to do it without help. I could not have had kinder more patient help from a clearly very knowledgeable assistant

Never add card details to your account, to get the trial I added my card details but when I am trying to remove my card details from the account there is no option to do it. customer support told me card detail can not remove even after canel the membership. translation also incorrect.

The seller did not respond to my message. The font was falsely advertised and I thought I would be getting all the glyphs but when I try to contact the seller they aren’t responding. I would like a refund because the only reason for getting the font was for those details!

I don't even know how to start because I'm so upset, tormented, angry, disappointed, hurt, feeling like I don't matter, like they don't take me into account, I was there all day yesterday from 7 to 7, meaning I lost a day of work waiting for my delivery which never arrived, I didn't receive a single call or text explaining what happened and you call and nobody knows anything and we even went to Best Buy in Hialeah and no matter how much the manager Danny tried to help us he couldn't and he just lets you know that they can't do anything, they changed the delivery date for another week of waiting and to top it off you have doubts that it's going to work because nobody gives you an answer or helps, the manager told me today they call you to see what happened and I haven't received anything, never in my 30 years in this country have I had such a horrible experience with a store, I feel very bad it's incredible that this is happening and the worst thing is you don't know what's going to happen and my order doesn't arriveNo se ni como empezar de lo disgustada,atormentada, enojada, desilusionada ,herida ,de sentirme como que no importo como que no me tienen en cuenta, estuve el dia de ayer entero de 7 a 7 ,o sea perdi un dia de trabajo esperando mi delivery el cual nunca llego,no recibi ni una llamada ni un texto nada explicandome que fue lo que paso y llamas y nadie sabe nada e incluso fuimos a best buy en hialeah y por mucho que el mamager Danny trato de ayudarnos no pudo y simplemente te deja saber que no pueden hacer nada ,cambiaron la fecha del delivery una semana mas de espera y para colmo tienes la duda de que vaya a funcionar por que nadie te da una respuesta ni ayudan,me dijo el manager hoy te llaman para ver que paso y no he recibido nada ,nunca en mis 30 anos en este pais habia pasado por una experiencia tan horrible con una tienda ,me siento muy mal es increible que esto este pasando y lo peor no sabes que va a pasar y mi pedido no llega

Terrible support service

Terrible support service. Support text personnel could not type proper messages and stopped working 15 minutes before the support service was supposed to end. It finished the following day, after i chased, with them telling me to call the support line and i had to ask for the telepone number. A truly awful customer experience that felt very undprofessional.

Easy to use and Beautiful Design

I used Designmodo Postcards to create the quarterly e-newsletter for the digital marketing agency I was employed with until last summer. I absolutely adore both the function and output of Postcards - it made building a beautiful template for our emails very easy, and I really liked how straightforward the program is to work with. I really feel like it easily elevated our newsletters. I will be sure to use Designmodo in my next job, too!
