Strongly not recommended to academics. This firm asks money to aggregate articles and materials that are easily found online. I believe it should not even enjoy the ".edu" suffix because that should be reserved for public educational institutions. Additionally, it uses weasel words to induce "customers" into paying low sums (as low as 1 €) to access some materials, which are freely available online. However, after some days, a yearly subscription kicks in, and I must confess the text was not clear in its statements. Had it operated in my country, that would surely trigger an investigation by the authorities... but since it is a foreign entity, I am not quite sure if such weasel way of acting is legitimate or not. Academics, please avoid this operator at all costs.

I have been using Quickbooks for a few years but encountered a problem I could not resolveI contacted their helpline and was calmly and helpfully lead through all the steps I needed to resolve the issue as this involved HMRC VAT MTD account I could not have tried to do it without help. I could not have had kinder more patient help from a clearly very knowledgeable assistant

Never add card details to your account, to get the trial I added my card details but when I am trying to remove my card details from the account there is no option to do it. customer support told me card detail can not remove even after canel the membership. translation also incorrect.

Terrible support service. Support text personnel could not type proper messages and stopped working 15 minutes before the support service was supposed to end. It finished the following day, after i chased, with them telling me to call the support line and i had to ask for the telepone number. A truly awful customer experience that felt very undprofessional.

I used Designmodo Postcards to create the quarterly e-newsletter for the digital marketing agency I was employed with until last summer. I absolutely adore both the function and output of Postcards - it made building a beautiful template for our emails very easy, and I really liked how straightforward the program is to work with. I really feel like it easily elevated our newsletters. I will be sure to use Designmodo in my next job, too!
