As a previous user of Schedulicity, I was hesitate about this new scheduling app but I love it. It was an easy transition and I love the access I have to all the back office stuff like promo codes, memberships, and new ways to deposit.

Review of intel

Never had a worse response time.

In 15 days I've received 3 e-mails, and my problem still isn't solved. An average of 5 entire days between each response. My response to their e-mails were within a day, if not 30 minutes later after they messaged me. This is absurd and the worst customer service I've EVER had.

I miss watching these shows that I have learned to love. They still got a lot of shows to offer though. This is probably my best go to channel when I feel bored. They can make me crave though when I watch someone cooking something. 😂

Lost bag for over 30 days then tried to refuse to pay for reasonable expenses. Utterly useless comms and unpleasant to deal with. Only paid what DOT states they have to pay after threatening to complain to DOT. Days of my own time wasted dealing with them.I hope delta goes bankrupt so they can't inconvenience anyone else to the extent they inconvenienced me. They play fast and loose with the regulations and consumer rights.

I love Barnes and Noble

I love Barnes and Noble, but because of Covid I am having to do all my shopping online. The books I order always arrive quickly and in good condition. The order and the invoices are always correct.There is nothing you could do to make online shopping as much fun as browsing the bookstore, but I find the website annoying. It takes a long time to load, and the drop down boxes disappear quickly. It often takes me several tries to react fast enough to choose a category. Also, only the same 10 (or some small number) of best sellers are shown. I recently realized that I can go through other books, but you have to know how to get there. Finally, when I pre-order a book, I sometime forget and order it again. There is no warning that I have already ordered it before. Of course, I might want to order another, but it would be nice to have a message - " you already have this book on order. Are you sure you want to order it again?"

Southwest lacks customer service as…

Southwest lacks customer service as they have cancelled flights without any other options but to give a refund. This causes one to buy new flights at the front desk (other airline carriers) at a premium if you plan to get to your destination. Good luck trying to get a hold of any one in “customer relations” that seem to care. This airline is horribly organized and lacks customer service.

Amazing site

Very easy to use site with little to no bugs at all. Great for easy editing for simple tasks, fully on browser so I dont have to install any apps. Very useful would reccomend.

I am a seller on eBay since 2012. I have a 100% rating.Today will be my last day using EBay. Sellers have no rights at all and the shipping has become a nightmare. I measure and weigh items and I still get charged a fee after I shipped (so really how can I then dispute it). I sold a pillow for $50, but ended up paying $60 in shipping. My items are QCd to be in excellent condition and are mostly preloved items so no return policy but when buyers have buyer’s remorse and make up issues or damage items to get the return, there is no help from EBAY (for anything)….and do not get me started on the fees. No Thanks EBay. You were great for a while but now with NO customer Service, NO support for buyers; and way too many FEES, I’ll do my occasional selling elsewhere.

Business account was suspend due to my personal account was suspend

On Tuesday, May 13, at 8:55 PM, I finally received the long-awaited approval for my business account. But just two minutes later, at 8:57 PM, I was blindsided when my account got suspended! Fast forward to Thursday, May 15, at 1:30 PM—I reached out to eBay, determined to express my frustration over this unjust situation. The representative had the audacity to tell me that my business account was automatically suspended because my personal account was suspended. What?! In the email I received, there wasn't a single mention of my personal account being suspended. Instead, it stated something about “security concerns” and that this was a precaution to protect the community. I mean, really? When I tried to escalate the issue and speak to a manager, I was met with indifference. The representative just quoted some vague user agreement, claiming there was nothing they could do about it. I’ve read that user agreement multiple times, and there’s absolutely no clause that states if your personal account is suspended, your business account will follow. It's utterly unbelievable! I hung up feeling more frustrated than ever with this entire process. How is this fair? It’s time for eBay to take responsibility and clarify their policies instead of leaving us in the dark!

I went negative in my account because…

I went negative in my account because they charged my card twice. now I'm told I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. I asked for a confirmation number or a refund immediately over the phone. they said they can't do a refund because only one order was placed, but I was charged twice. ok. so how can you charge me TWICE for one order? I had 100.00 In gift cards. I bought 127.00 in product. however because of their ridiculous payment options...I had to order the item in store, pay out of pocket, have it shipped to me, return it to the store for a refund to my debit, use my gift card to buy an in store gift card the purchase the product at the store. however, when I placed the order initially, they charged me at the store and when it was shipped. so now, I have 2, zero balance gift cards and 137.00 charged to my bank account of which I should only have paid 27.00 out of pocket and 100.00 gift cards. so basically, through this whole ordeal, ulta has 237.00 of my money/gift cards. I have about 127.00 of product. this should be illegal. I can't be waiting 10 days for a refund. I should have only had to pay $27.00! which I could afford. thanks for ruining my birthday gifts ulta!UPDATE: it's been 12 days and no refund yet. now I have to call again and wait for 30 min for a rep to be no help at all. I'm so mad. no more business from me ulta. makes me wonder how many people don't even know they've been charged double from ulta

Totally blocked for NO reason. Apparently I need to send in a video recording to verify myself. What a farce. I am an eighty year old law abiding citizen who does not have this abilty. All I need is access to this site so that I can access fellow Rotarians.
