I love Barnes and Noble, but because of Covid I am having to do all my shopping online. The books I order always arrive quickly and in good condition. The order and the invoices are always correct.There is nothing you could do to make online shopping as much fun as browsing the bookstore, but I find the website annoying. It takes a long time to load, and the drop down boxes disappear quickly. It often takes me several tries to react fast enough to choose a category. Also, only the same 10 (or some small number) of best sellers are shown. I recently realized that I can go through other books, but you have to know how to get there. Finally, when I pre-order a book, I sometime forget and order it again. There is no warning that I have already ordered it before. Of course, I might want to order another, but it would be nice to have a message - " you already have this book on order. Are you sure you want to order it again?"
