I had 2 visits to the Guitar Center here in Towson, MD. Both trips were great, I am not a musician, but I needed things for our sound system at the Bengies Drive-In Theatre. I met Jim who was VERY Helpful both visits. He was able to suggest a replacement for my sound board, but at the end of the day was able to o0rder exactly what I needed. I have been to this store many times in my professional life, and have always left satisfied that I had good help in making my decisions, and always a good outcome

I am disappointed that such a large company as dsw does not have any shoes for people who are tall and need larger shoe sizes. My husband and I can never buy shoes in a larger size. Women also need size 12 or 13 shoes. My husband is a size 14 and never wears anything in dsw either.

Once again, no delivery. I get a message: delivery between 11:15 and 14:15 , then 14:00 to 15:15, the delivery by 22:00. I've waited all day. At 18:00 I get a message,'parcel delivered' Looked outside the door, nothing.We live in an apartment block, entry to the block is by intercom. Ours never went off at all. Checked elevator and foyer. Nothing. Conclusion? Driver has done a flyer, it's Saturday night. Normally I'd shrug my shoulders, but this is now happening repeatedly to me. Amazon Prime? Forget it, it's rubbish. Use eBay. Maybe not as fast, but it's reliable and to your door. Amazon are an appalling company

Terrible service and dishonest also. Would give Zero stars if that was an option...Booked a hotel stay for two rooms over two nights. Cost of £469.oo, so not inconsiderable amount. Processed booking and checked reservation, which had the incorrect dates. Phoned customer service 2 mins later and advised nothing I could do....I cancelled the booking, hoping to trigger a refund or change of date, citing the incorrect dates had been added as the reason for cancelling. Agoda cancelled the booking and refused to refund or change dates.Called again, advised they contacted hotel and middle partner, both refused to refund. I spoke to the hotel directly, who advised, they were happy to change the dates, but hadn't received anything from Agoda, who continually stated they'd emailed the hotel and middle partner directly.Four days later, still unable to escalate within Agoda. They advised they've closed this matter and the money is non refundable. They refuse to engage with the Hotel and are now blaming the middle partner. Hotel has advised the booking has come through Expedia, who have no knowledge of my booking on their system.Take a guess what Agoda agents are up to. Google and beware, as its a common problem for Agoda customers. I have raised with a dispute centre and will continue to escalate with travel ombudsman.But do not use this company. If I could give negative stars, I would.Recently my daughter had a breakdown 400 miles from coming back from a trip - stranded on I-40 in the middle of nowhere, waited over two hours for a tow at 10pm. She had to stay overnight at a hotel till the car could be repaired - apparently AAA dropped their "trip interruption reimbursement" benefit a few years ago and never mentioned it - used it several times over the last decade and all of a sudden it's gone. AAA keeps dropping and limiting their services - NOT worth the cost anymore! will NOT be renewing.

I saved all of my photos on Dropbox. I tried to look at my photos, they have been deleted by Dropbox as i haven't been on this site for over a year and there is no way of getting them back.I am very disappointed as i had a lot of photos there of my grandson when he was first born. I thought that dropbox was a safe and secure place to store your photos but obviously its not.I wouldn't recommend anyone using this site.

Kitchen display systems have not been functional in our restaurant whatsoever. Returned all the equipment. On the POS side of things, you can’t change a server after a transaction is cashed out. Example: me, the manager, cashed out someone’s table. Now I have that tip stuck to my name and there is no way for me to give it back, so I’m left giving people money out of the drawer. This seems like a basic feature of any restaurant POS.
