Give this company a miss, we tried to order some crocs only to be cut of when the order was placed. Tried another four times same thing, Contacted the company and told its a problem with the bank and there's nothing they can do and we need to contact our bank to get it sorted, which is a load of rubbish. Tried to pay further twice with different banks one of which was paypal. contacted them again and cut of after the questions became to difficult for them. Not very good customer services.

My feedback to Logitech on their customer service request: It is very misleading to state something is available, take a customers money and then provide a delivery dates that is 10-14 days when the web site stated delivery time is half that. I need the product quickly so I tried to cancel. I requested a cancellation of the order 3 times and received no response. On the 4th attempt I was notified that it was too late because the order had been processed and had left the warehouse, and I would now have to return the item myself, and wait for up to three weeks for a refund This is utterly unacceptable when resellers like Amazon will refund / cancel amend orders immediately. I will never order from you directly again. I would appreciate if you can arrange for a refund of my money for the inconvenience caused in a more reasonable timeframe and I will return your product to you. I have shared my views on Trustpilot, not that I expect that it will improve your customer service.

As a paying customer of LastPass, my expectations for reliable support and effective solutions were high. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to the support team, my concerns have been met with silence. The solutions provided on the website have proven ineffective, leaving me trapped in a cycle of being passed from one suggestion to another without any resolution.Being unable to access my clients' passwords has not only impacted my work but also the trust placed in me by my clients. This situation is unacceptable for any user, let alone a paying customer. I expected a level of support commensurate with my financial commitment to LastPass, but what I've encountered is a complete disregard for customer service.I urge LastPass to address these issues with the seriousness they deserve. Paying customers expect and deserve timely, effective support and solutions that work. 0 if I could. I fell victim to two fake 1 star reviews. They had never been customers and were personal attacks from a Motorhome company that I reviewed after a very bad experience. It’s plain to see that their comments have no truth when compared to my many 5 star reviews and their own track record of leaving abusive responses to their own customers but Google refuse to remove the comments. Perhaps what’s worse is they fail to post the 5 star reviews I know my customers are leaving. They are impossible to communicate with and incapable of following their own guidelines. They are more than happy for business reputations to be sullied by the childish and purely malicious.
