dreadful customer service

My feedback to Logitech on their customer service request: It is very misleading to state something is available, take a customers money and then provide a delivery dates that is 10-14 days when the web site stated delivery time is half that. I need the product quickly so I tried to cancel. I requested a cancellation of the order 3 times and received no response. On the 4th attempt I was notified that it was too late because the order had been processed and had left the warehouse, and I would now have to return the item myself, and wait for up to three weeks for a refund This is utterly unacceptable when resellers like Amazon will refund / cancel amend orders immediately. I will never order from you directly again. I would appreciate if you can arrange for a refund of my money for the inconvenience caused in a more reasonable timeframe and I will return your product to you. I have shared my views on Trustpilot, not that I expect that it will improve your customer service.
