STAY AWAY !!!!!! I purchased tickets for an event. Unfortunately my mother passed away and I could no longer make the event. I cancelled ahead of time and put in a refund request. 2 1/2 months later I still haven’t gotten a response so I reached out again. I was told that my tickets were not eligible for a refund. So no only did I not attend the event but I was out of $50 🤦🏽♀️ I’d never use their services again. They’re crooks !!!!!!!!!

Bad experience. 1. With the free trial they ask for the card details and then automatically charge premium service. This is a robbery.2. I have been using the service and I don't like it.Why?. Networks are constantly disconnected from Hootsuite. Customer service is slow. Publications are scheduled and errors are given and you cannot publish at the time you need, what is the point of paying for a platform like these if I must be watching that my publication is delivered on Instagram.Don't give these thieves more money.

As many say. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I finally subscribed to their membership only because I wanted peace of mind for my daughter when she drives. She stalled on the road at 10 pm close to home I went to assist her but because I didn’t have jumper cables I called AAA to help her . They never responded until the next day .We live in Florida and just had Hurricane Milton go through. We are on day 5 after and I call for them to jump start my car parked in at my home. The very nice lady on the phone says there are “restriction areas “ and they can NOT MAKE IT TO HELP ANYONE!! What??!! DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP!!! They are HORRIBLE!! We are on DAY 5 and there’s nothing wrong with our streets. And lo and behold THERE’S A TRUCK DRIVING THROUGH MY TOWN WITH AAA SIGN ON IT. Do not waste your money.

Use this application for about 6 years already. It never let me down. The only problem is, it may become sluggish at times, but I suppose it is because of the size of the files I use. Guess, I would have the same issue on a Surface.

I have used Lyft a few times in the past few days. Basically, every time a Lyft driver needed to pick me up from the same pick-up spot, a different driver went to some apartment complex about 150 yards away from where I requested it. For the first ride Lyft even tried to charge me for the "wait time", the time in which their driver went to the wrong place to pick me up and I was not there. Ridiculous! I learned by speaking to other Lyft drivers that drivers only see a "pin" on the Lyft map and that they go to the "right address" This only means that the Lyft's app is off and not accurate since they missed my pick-up spot every single time. In addition, Lyft only communicates with its customers via chat!? I guess they operate that part of the business like from the late 90's on early 2000's. Customer support is non-existent because they don't have a phone number you can call and get helped. There is no doubt that the company does that on purpose. In addition, as we know it, a review for Lyft cannot be left on Google. I guess they pay a lot of money for that to Google. Crooked business! My review is not about Lyft drivers, but it is about company's policies and how they (un)treat their customers. They are horrible and do not deserve even 2 stars.

We had to cancel and we are waiting for a receipt of the cancellation for our insurance but we don't get it. Vrbo send us to an other company and they send us back to Vrbo. What a way of service to your clients. It is only a note of the cancellation not even monye back!

Account got suspended right after paying the initial set up, and charged again several odd charges when I asked them to unsuspend it. When email support, their response was "let me transfer you to customer support so you can understand the charges." I think they are running a giant scam operation that serves some customers well, and on the other hand scam many other customers. Just contacted Amex to handle the refunds.

I am extremely disappointed in pandora in Valley Stream New York. I made an order and tried to pick it up before they put my order back however they had close early. It was before 5pm and they were close. So being that this was the third day they cancel my Christmas order. There was no customer courtesy since they close early and did not bother to call the customers. So item I had purchase on sale was now full price and I had to come out of my pocket more money than what was spent because they gave away charms I order and had to give me others styles. There was no accommodation for this. This is not how you do business or treat your customers.
